"Great to have a centrally located house to use while in town for six nights. The manager was responsive. Very nice kitchen appliances, comfortable sofa. Sweet old house, felt lived in. Lots of decor, hence the forced insurance which I’ve never encountered before. Owners seem to be far right based on signs and decor."

"The property was oversold online to make it look like it had a view of the nearby canal, but it didn't. While I understand the house was 170 years old, it felt like it could fall apart with a false move. The main floor had several chairs, but no couch. The stairs to the top floor were very narrow and you had to be careful going up and down. "This cottage is in the perfect location! The cottage was clean, well stocked and wonderfully old and quirky. It is an easy walk into the historic town of Harper’s Ferry, but a bit steep going back, so manage your expectations and know your limitations.
