"Great place for a group of 7, especially with kids & have the bunk beds. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions. It was alittle warm in the upstairs bedrooms even with the 2 portable AC units but we managed. A short walk to the free DC trolley which was used daily with our group. If you have a bigger vehicle, the parking spot in the back is tricky to get into so once you’re parked, I’d leave it and walk to the free trolley. "Our stay at the VRBO home was truly magnificent! The gourmet kitchen made meal prep a delight, and the open concept living space was perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The completely finished basement offered another spacious gathering area, while the compact yet powerful washer and dryer off the kitchen were incredibly convenient. "I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

"The home was very neatly and beautifully organised !over the detail decor ! It was an ambient space for our team of 11 people ! Very close by to DC area and Luray caves was 1abd half our away ! Shops and groceries are closely located as well ! We enjoyed our stay "

"Our family (teens and adults) enjoyed staying here as a base to explore all the sights of dc. It was in a great location- about 1.5 mile walk to the sights and so close to a grocery store! Everything we needed was here. Would recommend!"
