"I’ve stayed in a a lot of hotels but this is the very first time I’ve been given not one but two partially cleaned rooms. 11pm check-in. First room had one stripped bed and one made bed, and ironing board and iron sitting out, and dirty towels on bathroom floor and dirty bathroom. Went down to desk and then gave keys to a 2nd room. 2nd room had two made up beds but pillows without cases, garbage on nightstand, bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. "Didn’t seem to be the most clean place around. There’s a super stained chair, the bathroom looked like an old closet that was made poorly into a bathroom and the toilet leaks, the curtains were all ripped, AC struggled to keep up, pool area seemed unsafe with a bad smell, the jets in the hot tub barely worked, doors are incredibly thin as are the walls, parking lot is very uneven and a bit sketchy to drive on, TVs are tiny and not super updated, and no housekeeping until the third night? Seems...

"we should have been informed at check that beds were being replaced on our floor, elevators were blocked, floors were very dirty, at one point our room door was blocked by a TV and it took 10 minutes to get a worker to move it, fold out bed mattress was stained, asked for towel removal, didn't happen, tried to call front desk-no answer-went down to front desk-no one there"

"Elevator was broken! It was marathon weekend and after running a marathon I was very disappointed to see that the elevator was broken."

"The location was great with a view of the harbor and the lift bridge from the room. It was a short walk across the lift bridge to Canal Park and good food, museums, and shopping. We went to the Great Lakes Aquarium, the William A Irvin ore ship museum and walked along Lake Superior. The buffet breakfast was great and everything was clean. This was a wonderful place to stay."

"Our stay was perfect for what we needed! The check in and out process was simple and fast! The Breakfast was handy! The Staff was great! The pool option was great (hope to utilize next time). I will add that the architecture and layout of the rooms was a bit out of the ordinary. It's a bit hard to explain, but I defiantly got lost at first. However, that would not deter me staying again!"
