"Enjoyed our one night staycation and everything was perfect in my opinion! The room was well equipped with everything, the heater and air conditioners were great, overall nice ambiance, hot tub was clean and easy to use. Only thing I felt missing was if there were 2 robes by the tub it’d be 100% otherwise it’s 99.99% perfect! The toiletries were great quality and we added the rest and relax package for and additional $60 which came with 1 hour late checkout and it was absolutely worth it. Loved...

"A unique property to stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Bathroom was newly renovated, loved the shower! Parking was confusing at first but once we figured out the parkade it was fine. Restaurants, shops and bars all located in the Fitgers property. Would love to stay again for a longer visit."

"The hotel is nothing like the pictures. One hallway is our has been slightly remodeled or updated. The other hallway that we were put on is very old, dingy, and dirty. Or from had vinyl flooring that was coming apart, sticky and dirty. The sink faucet continuously ran. Could not get it to turn off. The ceiling in the bathroom had stains on the tiles and the light was wide open into the ceiling with massive amounts of dust. It was missing a remote. "Park Point is a gem! The property is clean, safe and beautiful. A warm breakfast and friendly staff make mornings comfortable. Tired after your journey? They have scented, warmed towels for you and a s’mores bar for the littles (ok, and maybe you too!) The pool is warm, the spa hot and the sauna is fire!! We enjoyed a wonderful getaway and we know you will too! "

"Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice."

"There was no staff on-site so I had to call the company because my room entry code was incorrect. Luckily, an employee at the bar on the first floor helped me out. There was no parking on-site but there was a safe public parking ramp across the street which was relatively easy to use. The room was average--nice sheets and pillows and towels. A lot of slapdash maintenance, things like loose lamp switches/lights, shower handles loose and not holding the sprayer, etc. It just made the room feel...

"I absolutely loved staying on this property. Spacious, clean and felt like I was at home. I didn't feel like parking was an issue, but I did do my research in advanced to view the options around me. I did wish the smart TV system was working to enjoy streaming services, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I'm sure it will be running by the next time we are visiting. I will definitely be back and will stay in the 2-room suite again. Thank you!"

"The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Close to everything in Canal Park and the lake walk is great to explore finding sea glass. Staff are very accommodating. We were very excited that they accept pets. Would stay AGAIN."
