"A unique property to stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Bathroom was newly renovated, loved the shower! Parking was confusing at first but once we figured out the parkade it was fine. Restaurants, shops and bars all located in the Fitgers property. Would love to stay again for a longer visit."

"The hotel is nothing like the pictures. One hallway is our has been slightly remodeled or updated. The other hallway that we were put on is very old, dingy, and dirty. Or from had vinyl flooring that was coming apart, sticky and dirty. The sink faucet continuously ran. Could not get it to turn off. The ceiling in the bathroom had stains on the tiles and the light was wide open into the ceiling with massive amounts of dust. It was missing a remote. "Everything we needed for a great weekend! Parking was the only bad thing. We opted to stay in the paid lot across the street vs the offered parking a block away. "

"Not a great place for business travelers. The room was good but everything else was a hassle. Code to get in building was wrong. The code to get in the room was wrong. Parking is a hassle as well. While trying to pay for parking on a website that doesn’t work, I got messages saying my car was going to be towed. There are way better places to stay in Duluth that aren’t a hassle. I will say the lady I had to call over and over was very nice."

"There was no staff on-site so I had to call the company because my room entry code was incorrect. Luckily, an employee at the bar on the first floor helped me out. There was no parking on-site but there was a safe public parking ramp across the street which was relatively easy to use. The room was average--nice sheets and pillows and towels. A lot of slapdash maintenance, things like loose lamp switches/lights, shower handles loose and not holding the sprayer, etc. It just made the room feel...

"I call this hotel a minimalist hotel. This isn't a bad thing. We had a king size room for two. There was everything we needed in the room.The minimalist part is there was the pictures/art on the walls. There was a colorful rollup/down blind that added some "pop" to the room. There was one desk chair. Im a clean freak so would have liked the bathroom shower, sink and floor cleaner. However, it was acceptable. The mattress could use an upgrade. "Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup)."
