"This property is very beautiful. We loved everything about it, and despite it being pretty busy, it was quiet and peaceful. Our only issue is that we had a lot of luggage for a very long trip across multiple states and there wasn't a whole lot of luggage storage in our room. Breakfast at the property in the morning was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the living room and on the huge porch to read and enjoy the sunshine. "Such a cozy clean room. Check in was super easy and not stressful at all! The room was romantic and beautiful. Location is great still super close to everything. Will definitely come back again!"

"This property was beautiful. Many areas for guests to use outside and inside. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking for guest behind Mansion. Quiet and safe location. Coffee, tea, muffins, fruit in am. Room had plenty of towels, toilet paper, nice ftidge, mictowave, coffee in guest room. I loved this place and will stay in the future."

"The front desk staff were very sweet and accommodating with making our stay the best however the property atmosphere and cleanliness is the reason we wont stay again. The room was tidy and on the cleaner side however the AC unit was terrible, made the room hot/humid vs cooler and the bathroom reeked of urine. The building hall/stairwells were the deal breaker. The smell is beyond terrible, the carpet looks like it hasnt been vacuumed in years. Photos and some of reviews are deceiving. 10/10...

"Room clean, matched what was advertised. For what was a fairly standard 2 queens hotel room, parking lot view, no outdoor space paying more than $400/night means I expect a little more: lots of cleanliness, amenities, and knowledgeable staff and service. The main things we like here are the outside hot tub, the spout court area amenities, and the shuttle availability for Canal Park trips. Second stay. My review is nit picking, but it's based on expectations for the price. At a lower priced place...
