"First impressions are very important, and our reception at La Mamounia didn't impressed us. Although the hotel lobby is beautiful, the concierge greeted us in a non friendly manner, very different from the way we're usually treated. The view from our room was very ugly; pipes, roofs, and air conditioning units, they should be at the very least disguised, definitely not views for a five star hotel. The staff of the breakfast and swiming pool were great, but as i said at the beggining, first impressions last and they diminished the whole experience."
