"We chose this property for its unique look and feel as opposed to the large corporate hotels. We weren’t disappointed. Beautiful bedrooms, lovely quiet lounge, afternoon snack and relatively easy walk down to waterfront.
We went to three of the restaurants recommended by the hotel and all were excellent."

"Gorgeous property inside and out. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Loved the welcome goodies and turn down service. The toilet is exceptional! Included breakfast was delicious. This will be an even more amazing property once construction is complete though it wasn't a bother. Wish we had time to eat dinner at the restaurant - next time!"

"I accidentally booked the hotel for the wrong date. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the front door was closed, so I had to call the hotel. The manager answered and was extremely professional and helpful when I explained my situation. He went above and beyond, assuring me he would take care of everything and kindly allowed me to stay despite my booking mistake. He even explained where I could find extra blankets and pillows if needed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and always eager to help."

"Room was well appointed not small . Plenty of room. Two very comfortable chairs and table by the window to enjoy the wonderful view of the inner harbour, parliament buildings, empress hotel. At night it was magical. Walkway along the harbour goes for miles."
