The space We’re excited to welcome you to our charming apartment in Margate, just moments from the beach and local attractions.
Spread over 3 floors in a Grade 2 listed house, our flat provides a cosy base to recharge and unwind whilst you explore all the treasures of Margate- it’s awesome food, vibrant art scene and infamous sunsets, to name a few.
Situated in Trinity Square overlooking the greenery, the property is less than five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and the historic Old Town with a selection of boutique and vintage shops and attractions including the popular Turner Contemporary gallery.
You can take in gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset from the rear of the property all the way down to Reculver.
The property contains a total of 3 bedrooms, a living area with open plan dining area, a separate tv lounge, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony.
Apartment Layout: Enter through the apartment door and up the stairs, into our large open plan lounge and dining area, which catches the sunlight through glass panelled doors, leading on to our private balcony. The lounge contains a large comfy sofa, armchair, dining table with 4 chairs, dedicated working space area with a desk, and bookshelves with a selection of books.
Next door is the kitchen, fully fitted with a cute cottage-like feel, and original fireplace detail. The kitchen has ample surface space and a central kitchen bar, as well as all the essentials you need such as toaster, kettle, air-fryer, microwave and oven with stove top.
All of the bedrooms are well-sized and fitted with comfy beds as well as storage for clothes and belongings. Two of the bedrooms have king sized beds, and the other has a double bed.
The property has two bathrooms, one on each floor where the bedrooms are. One bathroom contains a large walk-in shower, toilet, storage chest, mirror, towel radiator and sink. The other bathroom contains a bathtub with shower head, toilet, sink and mirror.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need. We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only a 3 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space, however paid parking can be found directly across the street, and free parking within 5 minutes walk on local residential streets such as Trinity Square.
Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property apart from one storage room on the top floor which is kept locked.
Other things to note ●Travel cots with mattress can be provided and for an additional cost of £45. Please contact us to request it beforehand so that we can make sure it is available. ●Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. ●Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken. ●DURING YOUR STAY- My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. Pass the Keys® is a Property Management Company managing many listings on Multiplatform. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed
