South Seas Tower 3 1612- Stunning Beachfront Condo just Renovated

Newly remodeled and located in South Seas Tower 3, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom, beachfront condo with wrap-around balcony offers amazing northwest sunset views of Tigertail Beach. No detail was overlooked, nor was a penny spared in the renovation of this condo. The kitchen boasts of granite countertops, to custom flooring, cabinets, and lighting. There is an electric Hamilton Beach Grill!

The living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, large HD smart flat-screen TV, and ample comfortable seating for guests. Both bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds. The master has a custom bathroom and huge walk-in closet. This one-of-a-kind condo is sure to please even the most selective traveler.

South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Definitely the most lovely and relaxing condo we have ever stayed at in Marco. Very clean, lovely views, up to date appliances. Couldnā€™t ask for a better place. Loved it. Canā€™t wait to go back!!!

Fantastic views of the Gulf and sunsets. Also very clean, quiet and peaceful. Thank you for sharing your part of paradise! Only negative to speak of is the pool lady - we witnessed multiple unfriendly bossy moments to guests, including to ourselves. If it wasnā€™t for her obnoxious presence around the pool, we would consider coming back, but unfortunately we probably wonā€™t. Many others staying in the same buildings spoke the same, so we figured itā€™s important to note.

Peaceful enjoyable stay

The views from the balcony are breathtaking. Tigertail Beach is perfect for relaxation, long walks and shelling. The property is well equipped and maintained. The building is undergoing needed hallway renovations, but this didnā€™t interfere with the enjoyment of the property. Excellent, peaceful, enjoyable stay.

We really loved this condo and the gorgeous views! The building and hallways were a little dated and tired looking, but the condo was beautifully updated and had everything we needed from kitchen items to beach equipment!

We love Marco Island and South Seas condos. This condo was perfect. There are amazing views from this 16th floor end unit with wrap around lanai. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We hope to go back.

Beautiful on the beach condo!

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful condo on the beach. Itā€™s equipped with anything youā€™d need to feel right at home. Super clean, nice beds and bedding, and everything new! Gorgeous sunsets and ocean front balcony...about 1/4 mile from condo to water but an easy ten minute beach walk. Great location to restaurants too. Would stay here again in a minute!

Enjoyed our stay at the SST 3. Beautiful views, clean property. Newly renovated kitchen was nice, clean floors, bathrooms. Beautiful lighting accent in bathrooms. Had beach buggy( very helpful) but purchased a new metal umbrella ā€œhookā€ for the beach (left for future renters) and laundry unit is near elevator. Communication was slightly difficult as when trying to ask questions prior about current construction, beach accessories available for use (messaged a month prior to booking) & never received a response..Besides that it was a very pretty condo very nicely renovated in a safe secure area with nice walking grounds to local restaurants.

The condo was clean and it had everything a family needs to spend a week at the beach. The beach cart, beach umbrellas and beach chairs came in very handy. The views are spectacular including an amazing sunset view. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much.

Family vacation on Marco

This condo truly is stunning and well worth the price. The views from the kitchen, living room and balcony were amazing. Marco Island homes on one side and the Gulf and Tiger Tail Beach on the other. It was also stocked with beach towels, chairs a chart to lug everything to the beach, two umbrellas. The beach is 10 minute easy walk from the condo. The beach was beautiful white sand and we found many beautiful shells. The pool and condo complex was well maintained. My husband and I brought our 17 year old daughter and her girlfriends. The location was great. Many restaurants and a Winn Dixie within a five minute drive. This was our first trip to the Gulf. We will definitely come back.

Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful condo! This is our 3rd time staying in the towers and your condo is my favorite. I love the wrap around balcony to get the full view of the ocean. The kitchen appliances are great, the rooms and bathrooms are also great. We appreciate the extra beach towels and a couple of chairs. Let me know if you ever plan on selling your place. Plenty of grocery stores around, so we cooked a lot too. Thanks again1

Newly remodeled and loved it!

The condo was a great location and amazing views of Tigertail beach with the patio. Clean and had everything we needed left by owners to go to the beach with a beach cart and chairs, etc. Great amenities at the condo facility as well with laundry machines, trash shoot and pool plus located right off a great beach as well! We loved our first visit to Marco and it was even better due to finding this condo. Thank you!
