40th Anniversary trip

This property was like a tropical paradise. Mature palm trees and sea grapes in the back yard provided ample privacy around the pool and tiki hut. The elevated back deck was spacious and well furnished. Would have appreciated pool heater instructions. Finally figured out how to operate it on our last day. The interior was clean and nicely furnished. Would have appreciated more basic cooking supplies like seasonings, oil, foil.

Fabulous Property and Location

I wanted my three boys to experience the "Keys" vacation. I have been SCUBA diving down there for many years. Everyone thought this was the best family vacation we have had together. Can't say enough good things about the overall experience.

Unforgettable back yard šŸŒ“

In the past couple of years, we've stayed in many houses, and I have to say, this one was truly impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house itself was charming and had everything we needed, but the backyard and the pool were absolutely unforgettable. We didn't even want to go anywhere else; we spent the entire day hanging out by the pool. The palm trees, the pool, the tiki gazebo, the water features ā€“ everything was simply perfect. This house stands out, and I don't think I want to stay anywhere else in this area. If you want to truly enjoy pool time, this backyard and pool won't disappoint. We had a heated pool, and even on cooler days, it was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend this property; the Island Breeze service was amazing and provided excellent service immediately.

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our 2 Springer Spaniels. We loved it and booked for another visit before we left. The grill actually works, thatā€™s a first! Itā€™s clean, well appointed and just so relaxing.

Thanksgiving Break

This is our 4th year staying in the Keys for Thanksgiving, we love everything about it! This house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! The tiki hut and grill were also wonderful to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay we loved it!

PERFECT place!

The biggest problem with our stay was that there were too many options for things to do and ways to relax! Property could not have been betterā€¦with the phrase ā€œI could live hereā€ said many times during the week. House and property were spotless (having been recently updated) and the tiki hut was awesome to visit under. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect family vacation

We had a great time and weā€™re able to bring our dogs and our boat. We enjoyed being able to boat with the family and grandkids during the day, take a dip in the pool and relax on the porch or tiki hut in the evening. We grilled fresh caught fish, listened to music and played family games over drinks after the kids went to bed. Everything was clean, nicely decorated and as advertised. We would come back for sure!

There was an issue which led to us not staying here. We stayed at another property. The team at Island Breeze Vacations were great. We have stayed at this property before and it is quite nice. Seconds from Sombero Beach. We stayed at a property on the Gulf side and rented a boat from Wheels2go. Ate at Sparkys, Stuffed Pig and No Name Pub. The house we did stay in was beautiful, quiet and had all the amenities. Planning our next trip, maybe during lobster season this time in the fall.

Absolutely beautiful property

I actually stayed at a different house, the company upgraded me because there was an issue with original house. They offered two really nice options with the same amenities of the original house. The one I chose was beautiful,clean, quite and offered access to the oceanā€¦ everything was perfect! We are looking forward to next year and definitely using this company!

Beds were comfortable . Towels were plentiful ! Pool was fabulous ! Hot tub was amazing ! The inside was decorated exceptionally! The outside space was just incredible ā€¦ pictures didnā€™t do it justice . All types of sitting lounging areas ā€¦ sun shade daytime nighttime ā€¦ didnā€™t even rent a boat bc we had such a great time in our oasis here!

Beautiful backyard and pool

We had a very pleasant time and loved the yard and pool area. It was very relaxing and loved sitting in upperdeck reading and lounging by the pool while kiddos swam. Definitely recommend, the house itself is cozy and had what we needed and beds were comfortable and everything was spotless when we arrived.

Turkey Day Marathon

Easily one of the best properties I've had the pleasure of staying at and I've been booking through VRBO for many years and have stayed in several very nice homes. The property felt like a private resort and we barely felt the need to leave. The beach is close and is a nice sand beach with is rare in the keys. The neighborhood is very nice and the grocery store is right down the road. A friend joined us with her small dog and the fenced in yard was perfect. Will definitely return to this property.

Awesome Property

We loved everything about this home! Everything was clean and exactly as mentioned in the listing. We had four teenagers with us and they loved everything about this place. In fact, I think they spent more time outside than in! We also loved the beach area just a short walk down the road. We made some great memories and hope to be back again!

House is in a great location, close to beach and Publix. Pool area was so nice, surrounded by palms and lush foliage. My son and I saw a huge manatee surface right in front of us while looking at the canal. I would definitely stay again.

2weeks in marathon

The home is lovely and sufficiently equipped. The master shower could use some updating. The outside deck and pool area is awesome- quiet and relatively private. There is plenty of seating areas and shade. Not much negative to say - the cushions for the chaise lounges were shabby and torn and hopefully have been replaced, The beach is a short walk.

Nice pool but thatā€™s about it.

Much to be desired in terms of overall experience. The pool was dirty when we arrived and cleaned later in the evening. The kitchen is really small, has one baking sheet, and not really a sufficiently stocked kitchen. We had to buy a sponge to clean the dishes. This is not really that big of a deal as we knew weā€™d have to buy additional cleaning products for the length of our stay. Itā€™s just the little things that all add up to make the experience not as good as we had hoped considering the cost of the rental. The sofa bed was broken. Thankfully we had traveled with two cots. Had we not, we would have had kids on the floor. The TVs didnā€™t have remotes that worked, the towels were worn and tattered and extremely thin. The beds were comfortable but the frames squeaked every time we turned over or moved and all of the fans clicked on even the lowest setting making it impossible to sleep with them on. The dishwasher wasnā€™t anchored into the countertop and the bottom drawer completely rolled out of the opened door and onto the floor. The dryer made a terrible noise and could not be run at night and as we were leaving we discovered that the hall toilet leaked out of the outside pipe and onto our friendsā€™ car that was parked and charging underneath. Needless to say, Iā€™d recommend anyone considering this rental check with the host to be sure these things have been addressed before spending the money. The space itself is nice (outside of the tight kitchen), rooms were good and the deck and pool/patio space was lovely. We were also about 4 minutes from the beach.
