You forgot to mention that you booked a room at the rate of $17.00 a night. The pictures you posted are not the Suites, which are at a much higher rate. All the Suites were Sold Out during your 2 night stay, so the front desk agent was advised to offer you a larger room, however it was not accepted.

We have noted your comments and although we have accommodations for 4 persons in our Suites we typically do not have any issues with our bedding. we have a King bed in the main bedroom & a Queen Sleeper sofa in the Living room. We are glad that you enjoyed our Amenities and the close proximity we are to everything in the area! We hope to see you again soon as one of our MANY Repeat Guests!!!

We are sorry to hear you were not as pleased as you could have been. You had booked a Standard King Suite, which is on our second floor; however, you were upgraded to a Deluxe at a higher floor. We apologize if the floors appeared dirty, they are not, however we do have grout that comes up and we are working to reseal all of the floors. Glad you enjoyed the pool area and daily entertainment. The restaurant is open from 12:00pm-9:00pm. Before 3:30pm all orders are made at the bar and our guests are welcome to sit indoors, outdoors, as well as the pool area.

Yes,, our balconies overlook the tennis courts and pool area... Some overlook boot key harbor. The front doors and entrance to the apartments overlook the canal. We think this was done this way because when the hotel was built we were known for our tennis courts and hosted quite a few matches! The buildings are very structurally sound and that is exactly why we always do preventative maintenance and upkeep. We hope you enjoyed your stay. Safe travels

The balconies' overlook the tennis courts and pool area, where the front doors open to the canal leading to boot key harbor. Our continental breakfast consists of eggs, a variety of breads, jam, butter, peanut butter, cream cheese, juice, waffles, bacon, yogurt, fruit, coffee, variety of teas, etc... I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience here. It rarely happens that the rooms aren't ready by check in time, however sometimes, there are things we can not control. In those cases we give our guests vouchers for a drink or some sort of compensation. Regarding the breakfast, I am not sure how your eggs etc were cold, as everything is made to order. We also do not freeze any of the bread products and have a toaster for the guests to use and we do not have/serve English muffins... only bagels and sliced bread. But in any case we are sorry you did not have a pleasant experience and wish you would have voiced your opinion while on resort so anything that could have been addressed would have been.
