"The property was great, the location is within walking distance of many quaint, and popular night spots, restaurants, bars etc. I would recommend this property because even though it is close to downtown, it is quiet as if it sits in a suburb area. There was tumbling toddler above the unit, but it isn't a deterrent, it is actually comical. "

"This was the perfect spot for a simple getaway from the city. Being next to the highway you could hear it a bit but overall the area is very peaceful & quiet. I barely ran into anyone. "The apartment was well equipped with all the essentials other no salt, pepper, sugar or dry goods. It did have coffee and filters. The locations is awesome and in a great little eclectic Austin neighborhood. Apartment was clean other than the baseboards all need a good clean. Check in was more complicated than usual with a lot of instructions but, would stay here again for a quick trip to Austin."
