"The 2 BR we stayed in for 6 days was fantastic! Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views of the river and city skyline. A 2 min walk from Rainey St. but we never heard the loud music or had to worry about rowdy crowds. Also a 2 min walk from Lady Bird Lake with a great walking/running trail. Would highly recommend this property for both short and long term stays. "

"If you are looking for a simple, no frills place to stay that is clean and comfortable, this place fits the bill. Bed was comfy, shower was great, bathroom was small but clean. No carpet in the room but the floors were clean. Our room actually had a small kitchen! Only downside is the elevator had a funky smell and hallway on the second floor smelled like spices. Otherwise the stay was great."

"Good area, nice place. It was a 1 bedroom unit on the 16th floor, owned by Kasa in a building with other units owned by other entities. Reasonable price. Building key cards failed after one day but we were given a code to use instead. The key card is also necessary for the elevator but we got by with other people using the elevator. Nice that they left some dish soap and a new sponge and a few doses of soap for the dishwasher and clothes washer, plenty of TP and paper towels. Enough towels but...

"We stayed in Megs Boarding House for my birthday weekend. Didnt help that it rained and a cold front came thru. But didnt stop us from utilizing the pool. I dont think id stay in megs boarding house again though and would definitely upgrade to a newer cabin. But glad i got to experience staying in there. Was very adorable, but walls are super thin and we were upstairs and man those stairs are steep ...and i get it...its old fashioned megs boarding house lol. But there was even dirt marked on the...

"A group of five 50 + women stayed in the treehouse for a 3 night visit to Austin from Boston. One of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The location is ideal and the outdoor feel of the property goes with all that goes on within steps of the front door. So many hiking/biking and swimming options literally steps away. Lisa is amazing host and so communicative and will give you great suggestions for your stay in Austin. Book this now!"

"Hosted a bachlorette weekend here and it was incredible! So much room to spread out and enjoy each other. We had dinner in on night and the kitchen accommodations were perfect. "It’s a lovely hotel! Lots of common areas, and staff are always around, if needed. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only thing was it was a bit noisy in the room from sirens, but it is expected being in the downtown of any city. my favorite part was the beautiful pool and gym area on the top floor. "

"Tive uma ótima experiência. Quarto grande e confortável, com frigobar, microondas e cafeteira. Café da muito bom, no padrão americano. Há máquina de café 24h na recepção. Atendimento excelente. Fiz compras pela internet e todas foram recebidas no hotel sem problemas. Para quem vai à trabalho ou quer ficar no centro de Austin é uma boa. Pertinho do Austin Convention Center, do Capitólio é das opções noturnas. O único detalhe é que o cento da cidade está infestado de mendigo e morador de rua, mas...
