Washer and dryer are brand new. The beach is private and only a few steps away, no street to cross. Great for shelling and finding shark teeth, or just relaxing. Amazing sunsets. "We had a great stay at this property! This was our second stay on manasota key, but the first at this rental. Everything was clean and as described. The beach access is a VERY reasonable walk, about 5 minutes from the door to the water. We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed with pets as well and everyone was very comfortable!"

"We were looking for a beach vacation and we wanted to avoid the wild spring breakers! We were within walking distance and avoided the long car line to get into stump pass park. Rangers said that cars waited over an hour all day long to get in and we walked or biked in every time with no wait! The loacation is perfect! We looked for sea shells all day! We have never seen so many shells! Everything was great. The hosts have a very nice set up!"

The house was comfortable, super well stocked, and spread out so you weren’t on top of each other. Terrazzo and Vinyl plank flooring is perfect for a beach house.
