"This was our second time at this location and fourth year at one of Dan & Linda’s properties. Everything was clean and to be expected! We had just enough amenities and perfect access to our local favorites (beach, walking paths, restaurants). Manasota Key is a hidden gem and we’re eager to see it back on its feet from last year’s storms. Grateful for an amazing stay. "

"We were in the area specifically to find sharks teeth and this was a great location for it. The beach was literally right out the front door and we did find several teeth at the beach here! Our neighbor found several just walking around the parking lot! The place was clean and had chairs/umbrella/cooler provided so whether you stayed on this beach or decided to drive to any other nearby beaches you would have everything you needed for a great day! "My husband and I spent a week at mermaids retreat and absolutely loved it! We took full advantage of the kayaks and went out on the bay multiple times. Beach access was easy to find and not far away at all. The space was perfect for two of us and it was well stocked with all the things you need from coffee to beach chairs. Would stay again! "

"We had a terrific stay here!! The manager, Yvette was fantastic. So kind, helpful, and responsive. Great house with thoughtful amenities to make guests comfortable, including filters for finding shark teeth at the beach, wagons and umbrellas for the beach, first aid kits in the house, and plenty of towels. "Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! Thanks again for the great hospitality "

"The place is very cute had an amazing bay view from inside and out. So relaxing. Well stocked just like home. Make sure you look for email from Paradise Bay for check in details. Beach closer than shows on map. Literally just walk across the main rd and over a few feet. 5 minutes tops. (I think parking at the local beach is a further walk). Sunsets were absolutely stunning every night. Had a nice time looking for shark teeth/fossils. Found the most with a small garden shovel in the thick ridge...

"The house is easy to find and very close to the beach. Ownership has it very well stocked and it was as clean as anywhere you’ve ever visited. "Amazing, quiet, clean, and, comfortable place ! We booked this little beach house because our usual rental unfortunately was destroyed in the hurricane. It was newly remodeled, very clean, and, very close to the beach on a sand swept quiet road.
