House located in the town of Porto Cristo in a very quiet situation, sunny morning and afternoon, with terrace, garden, barbecue and private garage. Ideal for families or group of friends who want to spend the holidays near the coast through the east of Mallorca.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, two of them equipped with double beds and the other 2 with two single beds. Well-lit TV room equipped with fireplace, air conditioning, two new sofas with 3 seats each, an armchair, national television, Internet / Wifi connection. The main dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen, with a glazed table of about 6-8 seats. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking during the holidays, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fireplace, table + chairs + 1 sofa and 2 armchairs. There are two bathrooms, 1 of them with bathtub and the other newly renovated with shower. The house is located on the first floor, on the outside of it, there is a large terrace with furniture and sun loungers ideal to enjoy meals outdoors or just relax and sunbathe.
Several rooms with access to an outside balcony or terrace. The kitchen has a separate terrace with furniture for a more intimate atmosphere.
The house also offers a garden with fruit trees and flowers surrounding the house. On the ground floor there is a garage available for 2 cars plus a covered fixed barbecue. The house is ideal for a large family or group of friends seeking tranquility within the town of Porto Cristo.

The arrival time is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the departure must be made before 10:00 a.m.
- Respect the hours of silence.
- Prohibited to hold events or parties on the property.
- You can not smoke.
- You cannot bring pets.
- 5% discount for stays longer than 7 days and 20% for stays longer than 30 days.
- Damage deposit refundable cash payment on arrival: € 300, the full amount will be returned upon departure if there are no damage to the property
- Ecotasa: The published prices do not include the tourist tax applied on stays from 07/01/16: € 2 per person and night per tourist establishment during the first 8 days, following € 1 per person and night. Children under 16 years exempt. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival.
- Supplement € 30 tickets / departures between 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
