This area is part of a peaceful tourist community surrounded by nature, pine-covered cliffs and crystal-clear waters, ideal for families and couples seeking rest without giving up nearby services.

On the upper floor are the 2 air-conditioned bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.



There is also a sofa bed (160x200 cm) in the living room for 1 or 2 children



It has 2 full bathrooms with shower and toilet, as well as private parking space for two vehicles.

Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. A charge of 0.30 Eur/kWh for electricity consumption will be applied, which will be paid at the end of your stay.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area one or more times per week for garden and pool maintenance.
