Hold onto your ski poles, because this adorable condo is ready to welcome you and your four-legged pals for the ultimate winter (and summer!) getaway! Located just a hop, skip, and a jump from Canyon Lodge, itā€™s your all-access pass to skiing, snowboarding, and wintery adventures galore.

This 1-bedroom plus loft beauty comes with 2 bathrooms, offering all the space you need to spread out and relax after a day of shredding the slopes. Itā€™s a quick 10-minute stroll to the lifts, or if youā€™re feeling fancy, hop on the free ski shuttle for a ride to the action.

With tree views to the East and glorious Western Exposure in the bedroom, your mornings will start with sunshine and mountain vibes. After youā€™ve had your fill of fresh powder, unwind on your private deck or soak in the onsite hot tub ā€“ because youā€™ve earned it, superstar!

Inside, this condo is as comfy as it gets, with nice furnishings and mattresses thatā€™ll have you snoozing like a champion. Need to throw in a load of laundry? No problem! The washer/dryer is right there in the condo ā€“ no schlepping to a laundromat. When you're not on the slopes, thereā€™s no shortage of games and movies to keep the fun rolling.

Summer? Oh, weā€™ve got that covered too. Hit the nearby biking trails or simply enjoy your cozy retreat. And letā€™s not forget about the 2-car garage ā€“ because no one wants to dig out their car in the snow!

The owners have left no stone unturned in making this condo perfect for your stay ā€“ they even thought of your pooches! Dogs are welcome with a $200 fee (max 2 dogs), though if your pup's got a penchant for destruction or leaves a furry mess, be prepared for a little extra cleaning charge.

Keep in mind that this fab spot is part of the Canyon Lodge ski area, so availability can depend on the weather and season. Make sure to check the Mammoth Mountain website for up-to-date info on open/close dates. Get ready for a mountain adventure like no other!

A few things to note. If you book a stay for longer than 2 weeks an extra cleaning fee will be added after booking for $250. Properties in Mammoth do not have A/C. It rarely gets too hot here. Opening up windows cools it right down.

Four adults and a dog -- condo was very clean, appliances and kitchen well-outfitted, this is a well-designed space for what it is. It was a little cramped for us but we were only there in the morning and evenings -- location was excellent and we made it work! Thank you!

Wifi not working

We called 3 times to company and they said they are checking. and it was very bad experience as its regular day and we did our work on phone hotspot. The Shower is making some noise as well. I can give 0 review out of 5 for this as nowadays people need wifi in every house. i mean thats the first thing we see in any house. but anyways... not happy with experience.

Easy booking and check in process. We were contacted shortly after booking and downloaded an app that had all the check in info. Property was clean and a short walk to canyon lodge. Super quiet and kitchen was well equipped.

Well Appointed Unit With A Great Location

Before even getting the unit for our stay, the Property Manager Sarah was a pleasure to work with. The unit itself was very well appointed and has a great layout. Perfect for a large family or two smaller families. The location was about a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is the main reason we chose this unit. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Great for skiing/snowboarding

Perfect spot for skiers and snowboarders. Only a 6 minute walk to Canyon Lodge. Dog friendly, which is a huge plus. There were plenty of towels and pillows. The place was clean and as described. I appreciated the dog bowls and extra poop bags. Kitchen had all utensils and pots we needed to cook. I would definitely bring your own cooking oil and spices though. Like others have mentioned, the unit is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The garage is a tandem garage - space for 2 cars. I would probably stay here again in the winter.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. I brought my own crockpot, but didnā€™t need it. The unit is a 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which is great. We didnā€™t have to use our car or the bus.

Nice Location

Great location just a short walk to Canyon Lodge, clean complex the property manager where responsive when reaching out to them. Here are the heads up per the description ā€œno digging outā€ Well, due to the amount of snow it was impossible to honor that. We had to dig for about an hour to get one car into the garage the driveway was very icy and slippery even with chains on, and when the snow plowed the street by the driveway, it left a pile of snow blocking the driveway. Then we had to shovel the snow again to get out. The upstairs queen bed squeaks quite a bit which made it hard to get a good nightā€™s sleep. I heard the downstairs upper bunk bed wasnā€™t any better. Also, the description for the downstairs bedroom had a full-size bed and not queen size as described.

Overall Amazing Property and Location for Skiing

This was our favorite property weā€™ve ever vacationed at. Itā€™s an easy walk to Canyon Lodge for skiing, super cozy pellet stove to come home to, garage parking, and plenty of space for our gear. The property management company, however, is pretty much nonexistent. I still am not sure how we were supposed to reach out to them. They never responded to my numerous messages with questions. The directions were confusing about parking because they make it sound like there is another car in the garage, which there wasnā€™t. Thereā€™s in-unit laundry but no detergent so we couldnā€™t wash our things for our 5-day stay. There was no coffee provided. There was trash left behind in our unit from previous guests. There were hardly any blankets. We couldnā€™t find a spatula but we were glad we brought our own. You also have to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. The trash dumpster was not accessible due to snow covering it so we had to walk to another complex to dump our trash. Overall, the space was great and so easy to access skiing which is what we were there for. Iā€™m just not sure I understand the purpose of having a completely unresponsive ā€œproperty managementā€ company.

Great location

Super convenient walking to the mountain and to the gondola for the village. The property management company wasnā€™t super responsive (emailed 3x but 2x never got back to me). Recommend to have cleaning spray, laundry detergent and extra trash bags in the kitchen-none of those things were available but to me are very basic items to have. Overall though, very clean, great spot.

Cozy Condo!

First time in Mammoth, had a great time staying in this cozy condo. Great location, close walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Nice option to have 2 car garage, there was alot of snow so it was great not having to search for parking!

Cozy getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean and as pictured. Itā€™s nearby the canyon lodge ski lifts, we walked. Also a 20 min walk to the village or you can catch the trolley down the street. The transit app was helpful with that. The only downside was the jacuzzi. It is located in the next building in a downstairs unit. Due to the amount of snow they received they had to board up the fence around it and there was a tarp over it. Otherwise this was a great stay and would recommend.

Garage for the win!

My family and I had such a great time staying here! Another big plus was the 2+ feet of snow we got too! The unit had absolutely everything we possibly neededā€¦including a milk frother. The mud room was such a great addition and having a garage for two cars was beyond lifesaving! The plow service also gets a huge shoutout at being so efficient and working constantly to clear out the driveways. We were initially unable to get into the garage due to the large buildup of ice, but the neighbors were beyond friendly allowing us to use their ice breaker and shovels. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!
