Summary:
Luxury home with spectacular views! This vacation home a 5 Star Condo offering rustic mountain luxury and resort style living.

The Space:
Designer furnishings by Restoration Hardware and Ethan Allan, this 2 Bedroom plus alcove and 2.5 Bath Townhome sits directly on the Snowcreek Golf Course, with breathtaking views of the Lake, Sherwins, White Mountains, Golf course in summer and Cross-country ski trails in winter. Best location in the Lodges, only steps to the jacuzzi (fresh spa robes in your closet) and the complimentary ski and town shuttles.

This home features: A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with 42" Smart screen TV, granite countertops throughout, stainless steel appliances and wood flooring. The living room provides Italian leather seating, with a down filled 96"L x 45"W single sleep sofa by RH, two leather recliners, a cozy fireplace, 60" Smartscreen TV with complimentary Netflix and a Blu-Ray player in every room. The home is now equipped with WiFi, to give you fast WiFi in every room, on every device. Alongside WiFi there are electrical adapters and chargers provided. Large laundry room has a new front loading Washer and Dryer, a new Chinook Boot and Glove dryer, extra fishing poles, additional Guest Storage and Central heat. Keep cool on warmer days with a mobile air conditioning unit. Levoit air purifiers are also available.

Complimentary essentials provided exclusively by the owner include Firewood, Coffee, Creamer, Sweeteners, Cooking Oil, Spices and more. The Master wing features a King size, four poster bedroom suite with 50" Smartscreen TV, Belgian linens, hypoallergenic type alternative down pillows and bedding. The master bath has a separate shower, walk-in closet, his and her sinks, hair dryers, spa robes and complimentary bath amenities. The second bedroom features a King size bed, 50" Smartscreen TV, Belgian Linens, hypoallergenic type alternative down pillows and bedding, walk-in closet and private ensuite bathroom with tub/shower, sink and valet. The Alcove features a twin sleeper sofa, side tables, hanging storage, 42" Smartscreen TV, X-Box, Games, Joy sticks and Guest Storage bins.

**SECURITY**
Most of our homes have exterior only security cameras and noise decibel monitoring systems to ensure we are in compliance with the county ordinance but we take our guests privacy VERY seriously. There is never indoor cameras and the exterior ones are only monitored if violations occur. Most owners only look to see bears and snow levels

About The Lodges: Built in 2008 with unsurpassed quality, this exclusive enclave is a well known retreat to world famous authors, olympians and the movie industry. Respectful privacy is coveted and greatly appreciated. It sits between the base of Mammoth Rock and Old Mammoth Road, uniquely surrounded by golf course, lakes, meadows, Sherwin Mountains, The Enchanted Forest, Historic landmarks, and miles of hiking and x-country trails.

The scenery here is considered to be the most overall breathtaking location in the Town of Mammoth. Feels like a world away, yet its close to everything. A 3 min walk to the Athletic Club and Sushi Bar, 5 min drive to Little Eagle Ski Lodge or restaurants, 10 min drive to the Village and Gondola. Ski Trams and Town Shuttles are complimentary, run day and evening every day of the year. Concierge services available thru Doorstep Deliveries of Mammoth.

The spa at the Lodges is open year round with restrictions based on COVID guidelines and or severe weather interuptions.

We are happy to entertain long term rentals as well! Please inquire with us!

Due to COVID, there are changes in ski resort availabilities. Please make sure to check the ski resortsā€™ policies on reservations and tickets if you plan on hitting the slopes. We cannot provide refunds based on reservation inabilities at the ski resorts.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable condo. The beds were among the most comfortable that we have experienced in a rental condo. Kitchen was nicely stocked and the drawers were labeled. It was a very nice stay. Would recommend this condo to others.

The perfect stay

Beautiful property right on the edge of the fairway with a peaceful view over flowers, trees, meadow and sparkling pond. The condo was sparkling clean, bright, and generously equipped with high-quality furnishings and equipment. We especially organized the exceptional organization of all household and kitchen equipment. We can't wait to return- this is our new favorite place to stay in beautiful Mammoth !

Beautiful location and property in Mammoth!

The pros: Beautiful place with a beautiful view. We love this complex and have stayed here before as we love the Lodges at Snowcreek. Clean and spacious with a gorgeous view from the back patio. The cons: The management company has you pick up keys and drop them off after which isnt a huge deal but the major con was the check out time of 10am. Check in 4pm fine but check out of 10am is ridiculous. I called 2 different times to see if we could get a check out of 11am and you canā€™t get a hold of anyone and I finally did and then they said this property doesnā€™t approve late check outs. That was disappointing.

Okay, not exceptional!

This property had an excellent kitchen area that was well-designed and furnished with everything a modern-day cook and hostess might want. The serving and stemware were high quality, clean and organized in a way that allowed for easy entertaining. The outside grill was a nice feature that we enjoyed with family and friends during our stay. For a ā€œluxuriousā€ VRBO, however, we were disappointed. The bath towels and linens were worn and thin. The paper products (towels, toilet paper and toiletries) were below par, The bedrooms were comfortable, but over-furnished which limited the space needed for luggage. The seasonal bed linens (blankets, duvets and comforters), bathroom and kitchen floors were in desperate need of cleaning. All in all, a disappointment for what we were expecting.

Beautiful!!

This home looks even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It is fully stocked and has all of the kitchen appliances you could want. The beds are very comfortable. The space feels homey without feeling like you are in someone elseā€™s space. The location is great - a short dive to restaurants and the grocery store and also a quick drive to the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and homey condo

We had a great stay at this condo. We immediately felt at home and the owner thought of everything. We had a few issues and management was very responsive. Because It is a ground floor unit, we could hear the above renters stomping around at night which was annoying. Also, the hot tub is not steps away, itā€™s down the street which is kind of far for wet little kids. We did wish the keys were provided at the condo so we didnā€™t have to drive to the management office. Overall, we loved our stay though and would stay here again.

All the comforts of home (and then some).

This place is very nice. The garage to interior entrance hall is genius. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The coffee maker with stocked coffee is such a nice touch. The living room is perfect. The screen above the fireplace is great. You can have a nice crackling fire while relaxing after a big ski day and watch your favorite Netflix or TV. The couch and recliners are super comfortable. The bedrooms are big. Both with their own full bath. Beds, pillows, blankets all excellent quality. Beautiful view out all of the windows. My only complaint is that I had to leave at some point. I could have stayed there another month and been completely happy. I will be coming back again. Thank you for a wonderful ski trip!!

Amazing summer getaway

What can I say, this place was wonderful in beautiful Mammoth. This was our first time going to Mammoth in the summer and I think we picked one of the best places to stay. Location seemed centralized to everything and the view from the backyard was breathtaking and peaceful seeing the 8th hole of the Snowcreek Golf Course. The place had everything you needed from kitchen appliances, laundry detergent, BBQ grill out in the back porch, games and puzzles for the family, toiletries, etc. All you need to do was go for a quick trip to Vons which was a mile or so away and you can make a meal at the condo every day. The place/furniture was cozy and I love that it was all one story. There is someone on the top floor and we heard some noises but nothing that really bothered us. My worry was being there in the summer with no AC but they did have a portable AC which we didn't even have to use since the weather was perfect and if anything, we just used the ceiling fans. It was definitely in the higher price range that I would not normally spend but you felt right at home once you stepped in the door. I hope to come back again soon to your lovely home.

Home away from Home

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4! It truly felt like home away from home with all the cozy and thoughtful accommodations that were provided. Great location, convenient attached garage, mud room and spacious all around. Back door opened up to what felt like our very own winter wonderland. Looking forward to another visit!
