Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, flatscreen TV, and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, flatscreen TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, flatscreen TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking, pets to be approved (please contact our office) and has wireless internet throughout. A well appointed home that shows it is cared for. Close enough to everything, but far enough to enjoy the outdoors. Selfishly would love to be lowkey about it, but that would be unfair to the owners that have shared their special place.

Very nice but some details need to be addressed. Some windows did not have screens. The main bedroom door does not close. The main bedroom bed (headboard and footboard) is a terrible design, it has wires that stick out which can catch the bedding and people's skin (I got a small scratch). Exhaust fan did not work and hair dryer blew cold air. The garage will only fit a medium sized car. Some of the teflon pans are badly scratched. Otherwise, the condition of the place was excellent, very roomy and nice beds. Nice to have a gas stove instead of electric or conduction. Nice silverware, cooking utensils, well supplied with seasonings and oil. Very clean all around.

Spacious, clean and was perfect for our family of three. We enjoy the extra space while on vacation, but the house could certainly accommodate larger groups. Teenage daughter loved the loft and having her own space. Kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed from pans, utensils, etc. Not an issue for us, but if you have a larger SUV (i.e., Tahoe, Expedition, etc.) it may not fit in the one car garage. We have a 4Runner and it fit perfectly. The townhouse is connected to two others which also use the shared driveway to get to their garages. This was a non-issue for us, but if you have more than one vehicle and/or you’re unable to fit in the garage, there is no parking in the driveway, however there are additional spaces just across the way (literally 15 ft.). Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you for making it a process seamless.

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family of 5. We parked in guest parking because garage had mtn bikes in it and there was not room for our SUV. It was right across the street so it was super easy. Great neighborhood!

Great location and property. This is one of several places in the Snowcreek Lodges complex. Tons of room inside and out. Really quiet area and just a quick couple miles to the center of town. We wish the furniture was a bit nicer as the sectional sofas kind of fall apart and separate quickly when used. Dining chairs and table are pretty lightweight, too, which feels a bit cheap. Looks great in photos but would make a world of difference if there was more art on the walls and the furniture was more on par with an otherwise sturdy and impressive property. It has a bit of a "rushed to make this a short term rental" vibe as a result. On the plus side: The management team is great. Very quick response when we had issues on day one. (Doors wouldn't close and lights flickering, etc.) I bet if this particular unit had some simple cosmetic upgrades and tweaks, it'd be spectacular.

This property was very well kept and spacious. Checking in was easy, as was checking out. The rooms were also very cozy and beds comfortable. The only issue we had was that the oven wasn’t working and we had to get a technician to troubleshoot, but in the end we didn’t have a working oven. This wasn’t a big deal though, things like this happen. I love the community and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this property to catch the tail end of the ski season during spring break. Overall it was a great place to stay and we appreciate the pet friendliness and size of the property. The extra lofts provided a great place to sleep for our kids. The reason not 5 stars is that the appliances need fixing. Oven door has issues and will not operate unless sealed shut with extra wedge, a trick that took us some time to find out. Toaster oven burns the toast and is inoperable. If bringing elders, please note two flights of around 10 steps are necessary to enter the property. Despite these things, it was a wonderful place to stay with its location, great area near the golf course and charm.

We stayed here with our one year old and toddler and had a lovely time during the snow days. The bedrooms are spaced apart for privacy which was really great. Bring two wide baby gates if you got a new walker because there are stairs down to entry and up to loft. Looking forward to staying here again!

We loved every minute during our stay in this beautiful condo in Snowcreek. It is set up to make you comfortable! Everything is brand new and high end. Cooking in the huge kitchen was delightful - I had everything I needed to make our meals. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony and appreciated the convenience of having a garage. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dog with spectacular views of Mammoth Rock, although most times we'd drive to one of the many trails in Mammoth for our daily walks. It was our first trip to Mammoth and hopefully won't be our last. Mammoth Reservations staff were quick to respond and very helpful.
