Julie clearly put a lot of thought into making sure anyone that stays here has everything they need, even down to a kettle! I really appreciated that. Lily and Szymon answer messages almost immediately and were helpful with my questions about public transport etc. however, my favorite part about this property is the skyline view of NY, absolutely stunning! "Communication with the host was very smooth and fast from the beginning, and the listing was exactly as had been advertised. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms provided great privacy and comfort for a group of colleagues travelling for work. Large communal areas and well-stocked kitchen was appreciated. Ideal location in central Manhattan right close to all major sites, ease of access to public transportation, car hire arrives within minutes. Would definitely stay here again."

Some small hiccups in a newly refurbed place and first-time rental, for example, soap, salt-pepper, and 3 fun functional restrooms items should help.
