One block away from the water & 3 blocks away from Dolphin Cove. Enjoy walking and site-seeing. Perfect for going kayaking, paddle boarding or just stay relaxing in the backyard. It is located at 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and 7 minutes away from downtown.

The house has also a lower-level unit.

Property located 5 minutes walking distance from train station and 7 minutes driving distance from down town. Bus stop in front of the house. You can park up to 3 cars in driveway. Commute to Manhattan is 50 minutes by train.

Host lives in the lower level, and occasionally this lower level unit has Airbnb guests as well.
1. When you leave the house please close the windows, just to avoid water inside the house in case of rain. However, do not close the window where the AC is installed.

Children and infants are allowed. No smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Only guests included in the reservation may enter the property. Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Up to two small pets are allowed with advance notice; the pet fee is USD 100 per stay. Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval; any additional fee is quoted case by case.
