"The main problem was that the hotel was described as pet friendly. It was not. Although we paid £20 per night for our dog no facilities were provided and we were excluded from all of the hotel and had to take breakfast separately so that the dog was not left alone in our room. "Echte Britse Inn, goed eten en bier. vriendelijk personeel gaf ons nog informatie over de spoorlijn welke hier vroeger langs liep. Kamers waren netjes. Parkeren iets beperkt, zeker als er veelgasten zijn om alleen te dineren. maar voor ons paste het. ook dicht bij de Malvern Showground gelegen. Volgende keer weer!!"

"The Malvern is a hotel run around a health club and spa. The best feature is its restaurant which is modern and serves good food. The spa itself has a nice and warm indoor / outdoor pool but the facilities are dated and tired. The rooms are very tired, think 1970’s travelodge, and in desperate need of an upgrade. Staff pleasant."
