"Clean and nice rooms but there is no lobby or check in desk, everything is digital. If u want something u have to what’s app them. Second bedroom is v small. Water heater switch is in the living area and we didn’t know so we showered with cold water the first day. There was no handsoap in the bathroom which they gave us later. Overall a good stay but little far from main Genting area and activities. U have to either walk 10 min ( uphill) or take a grab which takes min 10-15 min to arrive. "

Interação moderada com animais da floresta, tudo calmo e organizado. A simpatia e atenção dos funcionarios é algo que se encontra em poucos lugares do mundo. "1. Toilet should have soft closure 2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. "

"Sprawling property, well maintained. Some renovations were underway while we were there but not too much of a hindrance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet spread had a good range and also catered for dietary restrictions like gluten free etc. Food and service across the restaurants was generally pretty decent. Areas for improvement are probably in entertainment for kids. Kids club and the coral lounge had limited activities. "
