"Nice, clean bed and breakfast. Mark was very attentive and enjoyable to talk to. Walking down to the water was lovely(make sure you do that); fire pit provided a great opportunity out to meet other guests, and the continental breakfast was delicious; especially the popovers! Mark made them and they were better than the Jordan Pond popovers in Acadia…fresh and warm! Yum!"

"Th property host is excellent at sending communication and responding back to you. Super clean property. Cost is very reasonable. You can easily drive to several locations in the Islands in Maine. Bucksport is only 15 mins in the opposite direction where you can get food, groceries, there is a CVS pharmacy should you need it and if your kids really want McDonalds that is there as well. But there is a Steak house just up the road, there are 2 traditional Dairy Isle type restaurant w seafood...

"The view from our room of the ocean was very nice even though it was small and far away. The staff consisted of one person, I assume the owner, she was very friendly. The room however was bare bones! We were on the second level ( there were only two) up steep wooden stairs. When I booked the motel I thought I was booking a cabin. That is what the website showed.
