"We had a wonderful stay for our first time on West Grand Lake! The cabin had everything we needed and was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We brought our two dogs, and they absolutely loved running down to the dock each morning to swim and look for fish. The views were stunning from sunrise to sunset — truly unforgettable. It’s an ideal spot for fishing, swimming, hiking, or just unwinding by the water. Thank you for a fantastic stay! We’re looking forward to booking again "

"Excellent location and a very well equipped rental. Beds are super comfy and supportive. Having a little back yard for our pooch was a plus. The weather in Bangor was very hot while there and the AC provided a perfect temperature for the house. We were there for a medical procedure and having a 2 minute drive to Northern Lights Hospital was a huge plus. All in all a very positive experience!"

"Super clean and cozy! Everything provided for a comfortable stay. Walk to the (tiny) downtown, 5 minutes drive to the general store and more, 30 minutes to BSP. Fantastic!"

"We have stayed here before. It is spacious, serene, and beautiful. Well stocked with all the standard items. No complaints."

"Exactly what you think of a cabin in the Maine woods. Close to Bucksport. No wifi. Only got one channel on the rabbit ears for the TV, but many movies available to use on the dvd player. Dark outside at night. Quick response from property manager. Would stay there again. "

"We used the cabin as a home base to explore Acadia while having a fun and beautiful place to come back and see the sunsets and sunrises on the water. The little heater was enough to keep us warm during the chilly fall week we were there. Was a great spot for the two of us!"

"Stayed with my husband and kids and had an amazing time. The bunkhouse was exactly as described. Comfortable beds and the window air conditioner were a nice surprise. The rocky swim area, kayaks, and s'mores while sitting by the fire provided the perfect place to unwind and make amazing memories with kids. 100% will return!"

"This place was perfect for what we needed. Place was clean and had all the necessities. Great location, close to a nice trail and shops. Liked that the kitchen was stocked with more than just the bare minimum. "

"This place was an amazing spot to rest, and take in great views. The use of the kayaks was a huge bonus. It was clean, cozy, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and there were bald eagles and loons to see. Ben was immediately responsive to any and all of my questions. I felt very supported during my stay."

"Great stay! The host was great and gave us detailed instructions so it was easy to find the parking and the entrance. The entire building was nice and the room was modern and clean. The location was right in the middle of everything. A lot of little unique shops and good restaurants. If you’re visiting for a concert it’s a short and simple 1 mile walk with sidewalks to the venue. Highly recommend. "

"Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."
