"Overall, it's a good hotel. Considering the rating, I expected a little bit more. It's an old hotel, but well-maintained. Could be renovated. The breakfast was very good, and the location was great. We stayed there to visit Acadia National Park and Baxter State Park."

"The rooms have individual heat and A/C controls. The continental breakfast is pretty much limited to toast and cereal bars, so plan for that. Comfortable, clean rooms, and a good value. Wood stay again. "

"The convenience can’t be beat. The restaurant is great. Only complaint was the device chargers weren’t working, and the electrical outlets were inconveniently placed. "

Travelling and needing a place to rest for a night… went on Expedia and read reviews and saw pictures… 7.6 rating.. reviews said clean … price was right for a sleep! Well … room 226 should be condemned! First impression… hallway was absolutely filthy! .. Opened door to room 😩… dirty … ceiling tiles bulging in bedroom and bathroom… turned bed sheets down… thinking someone had already slept in them .. wrinkled and worn .. pillows smelt like...

"O hotel funciona num prédio muito antigo, construído desde 1800 e pouco. Foram feitas várias "adaptações" para os dias atuais, mas a última renovação já parece bem antiga. O prédio é de madeira, então range quando subimos as escadas. No início, queriam nos colocar num quarto que ficava no porão. Tinha janela, mas dava para uma área que eles fecharam para fazer festas. O quarto era escuro e frio. Não me senti bem e imediatamente já pedi para trocar. Disseram que não tinham outro quarto com 2...

"This hotel was okay for a night but I would probably go elsewhere on my next stay. The rooms were outdated with carpeted floors that needed a very deep cleaning. We did have a nice smart TV in the room and bathrooms were clean. Beds were clean; however, they are like spring boards and it can be tough to stay in the middle. Pool was closed during our visit for maintenance. Overall, if you need a place to put your head down for a night it’s okay; however, I’d probably book at a bigger chain hotel...

"Staff was awesome. Breakfast was good. Property was centrally located. Pool light became disconnected and was hanging by wires into the pool. Staff shut it down quickly due to safety. "

"The room was clean. A little dated. The beds were really comfy. We arrived at breakfast at 830,it was mediocre. We had to ask for more sausage and one man had to ask for more eggs and coffee. It was no well stoked, the employee may have had other duties but wasn’t taking the best care of the breakfast "

"It was a get away to a quiet place with a lot of unique features. There is a walking path lit with colorful leds, that was fun to stroll. The out house is funky but very clean, a very rural experience. The cabin was very nice, almost like palacial tree house but on the ground. It was warm enough and I slept well too. This is a get away spot, I recommend, part of which what is not there makes it special. Waldon Pond in a field! I could easly spend a week there doing my writing & a artistic...
