The main bedroom has an a private bathroom and has a very comfortable double bed (140x200 cm).
The 3 more bedroom has double and very comfortable bed (140x200 cm), above 1 bedroom it has an upper-room (unik for children) . Additionally there is sofa converts into a double bedroom (140x200 cm) for two more guests. Most of the bedrooms are interior, with no noise, allowing our guests to rest. There are 2 bathrooms - one with bath (especaily for children) and onother shower, are provided with shower and everything you will need, including a hair dryer and a shower mat. Additionally there is one more toilet separate
The open kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an American style combi-fridge, microwave✔coffee maker✔Nessperso machine with capsules✔kettle✔toaster✔ washing-dryer machine✔ crockery and cutlery. The fridge✔ is very big and ideal to store the food of 12 people. There is washing machine✔ which it is very convenient for short stays.
It is a very handy space for breakfast, lunch and diner or just for coffee.
There is a dinning table up for 12 diners.
There is L-shaped sofa which converts into a double bed of 140x200 cm, where two more guests can sleep. In addition there are two chaises longue in the living room . There is also a cable TV and bluetooth speker for hearing great music. The living room has balcony. The living room has an excellent soundproofing, so our guests will sleep peacefully even if they are staying in the heart of a bustling Madrid.
