Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

Flat is 15min from Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas.

Public transport: Diego de León Metro Station at 200m (Lines 4, 5 and 6) 500m Avenida intercambiador de America (Metro Lines 4, 7 and 9 and Bus Line 200 - direct to Adolfo Suarez Airport -) Private transport: - 1.5km from the M-30 ring road (Exit C / Alcalá)

Other Things to Note:
Please note there is an elevator in the building. The property is on the 1st floor.

This property has self check-in and we will send you clear instructions on where to pick up the key prior to your arrival if you arrive from Tuesday to Sunday. If a late check-in is needed (after 11pm), fees will apply according to the time of your arrival, as we will send a person for key delivery. If you are arriving on Monday we will send someone to open the door since the store will be closed. If keys are left inside the property during your stay, a fee of 50 € will be charged. If they are lost or not properly checked out, a fee of 80 € will be charged.

For check-out the keys must be brought back to the pick-up point (hours 8am to 11pm from Tuesday to Saturday / 9am to 11pm on Sunday) and if they fail to do so the guest will be fined. If the guest needs to check-out outside the above mentioned hours, he/she should contact us so that we can find an alternative place to leave the key. If you are checking out on a Monday, just leave the keys inside of the house.

All guests will be required to present valid IDs before the check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities.
