This cosy studio with a balcony is located right in the heart of Madrid and is perfect for enjoying a longer stay in the city.

The space features a comfortable double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, complete crockery, washing machine, and all the utensils you’ll need to feel at home during your stay. The full bathroom includes shower gel, shampoo, soap, and towels, so you can travel light. In addition, the apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and heating—providing all the comforts you’d expect in your own home.

In the living area, you’ll also find a TV, ideal for watching a good film after a long day working or studying in Madrid, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable: with supermarkets, both traditional and modern bars, restaurants, shopping centres, and gyms all within easy reach. Despite being right in the city centre, the studio is set on the fourth floor in a quiet area, ensuring a good night’s rest.

This charming space is the ideal place to make Madrid your home—whether you are travelling alone or as a couple—and will make your experience in the capital truly unforgettable.



HOW TO GET AROUND

Metro:The Sol neighbourhood has a metro station of the same name, which is one of the most important and busiest in Madrid. From here, you can access several metro lines that connect you with different parts of the city, making it easy to travel to and from Sol.

Buses:In addition to the metro, Sol is also well connected by an extensive bus network. Numerous bus lines pass through the area, offering a convenient alternative for getting around and reaching specific destinations in the city.

Cercanías Renfe (commuter trains):If you need to travel outside Madrid, Sol station is part of Renfe’s commuter rail network.

Taxis and ride-sharing:As is common in Madrid, taxis are easily available in the Sol area. In addition, ride-sharing services such as Uber and Cabify operate in the city and can be a convenient option if you prefer a private ride.



IMPORTANT NOTES:

-Currently, roadworks are taking place on the street where the accommodation is located, so there may be noise during the day and limited access. We appreciate your understanding.

-Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in.

-Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property.

-Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.



-Please note that if your arrival is on the same day as your booking, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready before 5:30 PM.
