Pebble Cottage in Kessingland nr Southwold.

This boutique fisherman's cottage, with free on site parking, approximately 200m from the beach is ideal for a family getaway, or for the couple that require extra space to kick back and relax for a romantic break. An ideal base for visiting Southwold, Beccles and Halesworth.

Whether you are looking a for good value summer holiday close to the amazing beach and dunes of Kessingland or a cosy winter break, Pebble Cottage will give you a feeling of relaxation the moment you walk through the door.

The space
The Cottage has both a cosy and spacious feel to it at the same time. The decor has been carried out to a high level of interior design. Upstairs there are 3 Bedrooms ( 1 Double, 1 Twin and a children's rooms with a single + pullout bed).

Downstairs you have a Lounge room, separate dinning room and fully equipped kitchen.

The Bathroom has a toilet, basin and a large shower.

The house is heated with a radiator in each room.

The rear garden catches the morning and afternoon sun, while the front garden is a real sun trap in the early evening.
Guest access
As guests at Pebble Cottage you will have full access to the property. The garden is fully enclosed and there is off-road parking at the rear, accessed on the side road adjacent. Off limit areas are the under-stair cupboard and garage, but we plan to fit this out as a games rooms in the very near future....Watch this space.
Other things to note
We have fast broadband at the cottage with free Wifi during your stay. There is also a Smart TV, in the lounge for all you Netflix and Amazon Prime fans. ( You will need your own accounts to access these).

Although the cottage has two open fire places, we do not use them for health and safety reasons. Thanks to the central heating, the cottage still has a very warm and cosy feel throughout the winter months.
