"That's a perfect place to stay, both for adults only as well as families with small kids. Clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and enough space in one of the bedrooms from put a portable crib if needed. The property is all fenced so you can leave your kids/pets outside without fear of them running out on the street. And there are toys for kids, including some for outdoor play; really great to keep kids busy. We especially loved lots of outdoor space, and hope to come back again in fall and try...

"Great home for a family getaway! Our family of 6 adults and one child enjoyed our weekend here. Every need was taken care of from a well-equipped kitchen, to comfy beds and even a "treasure chest" of little toys and books for our granddaughter to play with. We highly recommend this home!"

"Hubby didn't like how the shower in the master bedroom didn't heat quickly as it should. Hot tub is more like a warm tub, but a GREAT hottub. 2 Bucket seat style areas and 1 that gets your hips real good with the pressure. Really good tub! Heat not super hot tho. The house was almost 90 degrees when we checked in. Itd be nice if it was programmed to be cool if the owner has control over that. BUT that is a big ask lol! I loved the place. "The home was home was well kept. Plenty of large space to gather and for alone time. The only down fall to this place is that the county only allows for 6 person total. So you forced to choose who comes with and who has to stay home. On another plus side it had not perfect but great vehicle access if you have a truck down to river. Save us from having to walk up and down hill. And carrying stuff up and down"

"The home was a nice place for our stay while visiting our son for his graduation from UC Davis. We also wanted to visit lake tahoe while here. The home was clean and located in a quite location. Has a nice view of the hills nearby and we saw deer, rabbits, quail , and plenty of turkeys every day."

"The little house where we stayed was charming, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The hosts were hospitable and friendly, and they made both us and our dogs feel welcome. It was nice to walk around the property and explore a bit. It was a great way to get out of the city."

"My husband and I celebrated our 60th birthday with our children and grandchildren. The house was perfect for all of us, including our four small grandchildren. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had no problem cooking all of our meals over seven days. The beds were very comfortable and our grandchildren loved the bunk room.
