"Close to quaint historic Placerville ( check out Sweetie Pies for breakfast) and 70 minutes from Lake Tahoe. This condo is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a peaceful atmosphere. Nice layout with the bedrooms upstairs and living area below. A good home base to rest after a day of exploring. We will be back."

"Kim was incredibly responsive leading up to our rental dates and was also very accommodating to our needs as we were traveling with our young kids. She set out a pack n play and high chair for us which were in perfect condition and there were books and board games the kids loved. Check in was easy and the rental had everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the handwritten notes in the guestbook, such a nice touch. Highly recommend!"

"We had a truly wonderful anniversary getaway filled with breathtaking hikes and delicious food. It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate. The host extended such warm hospitality, making us feel right at home in this beautiful setting. I can't recommend it enough and look forward to coming back soon."

"Great fun vacation home in the Sierra hills, near amazing golf courses! The house is well stocked, comfortable and sleeps many! Hot tub on deck with views was priceless! Owners are great communicators which makes the rental process even more easy. "

"Nicely maintained modern RV with lovely view of the pond. Pleasant to have table and chairs inside mosquito net enclosure. Enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking. One reason we chose the property was they are pet friendly. Hostess was gracious and accessible. "

"The description of the bungalow was perfect and accurate. We were very comfortable and loved the hot tub, especially after a long day on the golf course. The only glitch was that our code to the door did not work, but Kelly was right there for us and we were able to enter the bungalow in a matter of minutes. Kelly is the perfect host. She talked to us about the golf courses that we were going to play. It was very helpful. We would all stay at the bungalow again without any hesitation."
