Gorgeous, 3-bedroom, 4 bathroom Imperial Suite villa in the Solaz resort and hotel opened in 2018. Enjoy all the amenities of a 5-start hotel with your own private holiday villa. Property is a mixture of hotel and privately owned units. The villa is approximately 2300 square feet, with kitchen, dining area, living room, front patio and back patio overlooking the property and ocean. Master bedroom is one (1) King bed, and the other 2 bedrooms each have two (2) Queen beds. Unit includes 4 full bathrooms, newly furnished, GE appliances, Jacuzzi on back patio, spacious kitchen with KitchenAid home appliances, Nespresso coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. 50"-55" smart TV's in bedrooms, and living room includes pull-out queen sofa and 65" flat-screen TV. Guests may have additional fees for car parking, we will cover any nightly resort fee. Unit is centrally located in the property, very close to the shopping plaza, spa, gym and pool/restaurant area. Property also has an amazing museum shop on-site about the Sea of Cortez. This is an absolutely stunning property and one of the best you can stay at in the entire Cabo region.
