Within Diamante and drawing inspiration from Mexican hacienda-style architecture, the three bedroom casita charms with details such as wrought-iron railings, stone walls and exposed wooden beams. Other details, however, are more modern, such as the sliding glass wall connecting the great room to the terrace, an open-plan layout and a vaulted ceiling that stretches over the sitting area and fully equipped kitchen.

The Space

Relax at the villa’s private outdoor living areas, which feature a hot tub, firepit, barbecue and pergola-covered dining area overlooking the golf course, as well as a rooftop terrace with loungers and views of the ocean.

Two bedrooms with king size beds and en suite bathrooms that open to the terrace facing the golf course. The third bedroom has two queen beds, an adjacent bathroom and terrace access. Polished tile floors, wood trim and neutral tones create a serene atmosphere in each of the bedrooms.

TGR Design Golf Course: El Cardonal

The Tiger Woods designed El Cardonal course is Diamante’s second championship course and Tiger’s first-ever golf course design. Influenced by the old-style courses of Southern California that he grew up playing, Tiger created a course that brings back the need for strategy in golf–with several options to navigate each hole. The result is a course that challenges expert players but provides options for those with higher handicaps as well.

TGR Design Short Course: The Oasis

With a common goal of growing the game of golf, Tiger and Diamante teamed up to create Diamante’s third golf course facility–The Oasis Short Course. This 12-hole par three course surrounded by lush vegetation (including nearly 400 palm trees) and circling an 8-acre water feature is the perfect place for experts to hone their skills and beginners to learn the game.

Mitchell Spearman is a premiere instructor in the world of golf and has been voted by his peers as one of Golf Magazine’s “Top 100 Teachers in America” since the list’s inception. For more than 30 years Mitchell has used explained the mechanics of the game simply.
