Other Things to Note:

* We love animals but some guests are not, so NO PETS are allowed in the tent.

* Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported.

* NO FIRE OR SMOKING inside or near the tent! Tents are easily damaged by fire.

* NO FOOD and Drinks inside the tent, to prevent attracting some unexpected guests like mouse or wild animals. If you have left over food, please put in the ice box provided.

* Yes, the property might look like a house/RV, but it’s a tent with soft shell! So, we appreciate your cooperation with the following house rules.

* Internet speed is fast, but if you are experiencing a low signal, please check whether it is plug-in the Google Nest Wi-fi Router on the nightstand. Feel free to contact us if you need support.

* Guests will need to park on the street, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days. Street parking is plentiful.

* Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
