    Designed with your comfort in mind, this 1 story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the front house of an adorable duplex, equipped with a private 2 car garage and offers flexible sleeping arrangements and a cozy experience for everyone.

    Guest Access:

    Guests are welcome to enjoy all areas of the house. There are a few cleaning and supply closets that will remain locked that guests will not have access to.



    Parking Policy



    We are pleased to offer 2 parking spaces in the garage at this location. The garage is located up the driveway behind the house. Please park in the garage closest to the street. The other garage belongs to our neighbor. Please don't park in the driveway as this will prevent our neighbors from getting in and out. If additional parking is needed feel free to park on the street anywhere below 6th street.

While there is public transportation available, it can be limited and less convenient for getting around the area efficiently. The good news is that grocery stores, restaurants, and everyday essentials are just a short walk away from the home, making quick outings easy and convenient during your stay.

    Our home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. 6 people can fit on our queen beds plus 2 additional people can sleep on our pull out couch.



    8. Is this a private home or shared space?

    This is an entirely private home — just for you and your group. It is however the front house of a duplex. The back neighbors are very kind and have no access to your private spaces.



    9. What if I have an oversized vehicle?

    If you have a large vehicle please message us. You will likely have a hard time fitting in our standard size garage. There is street parking but not directly in front of the house.



    10. What if I need to cancel?

    We recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect yourself in case plans change.
