"When we arrived, there was a dehumidifier and taped down tubing in the master bedroom entryway. We also found mold behind the toilet, heading up the wall. Upon reaching out to the property manager, she wasn't aware of these issues and said she need to reach out to maintenance. We were moved into a new unit where we found more dehumidifiers and plastic taped off heading up to the HVAC vents in one of the bedrooms but no visible mold. After sending the picture of this issue to the property...

"Disappointing stay, listing and actual property did not match. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing and did not match the expectations created by the listing. The biggest concern was that the property and listing photos did not appear to match the unit we were provided. "Great stay for a couple wanting access to LA but wanting to stay somewhere outside of the city. Culver City fits the bill and feels like a small town, but it's still fairly easy to get to all the things in LA (with a car, duh). The place is in a quiet, safe, neighborhood, parking on the street is easy, and being able to walk to restaurants and shops is a plus. The Jackson Market a couple of blocks away is awesome for coffee and sandwiches and the back courtyard is gorgeous."

"The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties."
