"Had an excellent overnight stay here whilst we visited Kew Gardens. The room was a good size and very clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient and I would be happy to stay here again."

"Lovely one night stay. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely with a comfortable super king size bed. Only slight issue was the room felt cold and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to want to generate heat. Lovely wool throw blankets on the beds kept us warm though. "My partner and I do a fair amount of city breaks for various gigs. I am not usually one to review anywhere we have stayed but I just had to with this hotel. The room was lovely The bed was really BIG and comfortable. The shower was fantastic The hotel was spotless The complimentary bath products were really nice, plenty of shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner. The room (we had 306) was lovely and quiet, something we really didn't expect. Air con worked wonderfully as it was extremely muggy...
