Stylish Notting Hill Studio Flat that can sleep 4 people

Situated near Westbourne Grove, the property is a wonderful newly refurbished studio flat in the heart of Notting Hill.

The flat is just a few yards from lots of great local restaurants shops and supermarkets whilst positioned in a quiet road.

Getting around London from here is easy. It’s a 10 minute walk to 3 tube stations and many buses stop nearby.

It’s only a brisk 10 minute stroll to Hyde Park

Perfect for up to 4 people, it is well designed to make the most of the space with a king sized double bed and a very comfortable, easy to operate king sized double sofa bed.

It has a fully equipped Kitchen with granite work tops and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen is fitted with modern high end appliances including a dishwasher, extractor, washing machine, microwave, grill/oven and an induction hob. It includes all you need, with high end cutlery, crockery and glassware.

The coffee table converts into a dining table with space for 4 people.

Bathroom includes a full sized bath and seperate shower unit.

Freshly laundered high quality towels and linen are provided.

There is a 46 inch flat screen JVC TV with a moveable bracket, and Chromecast facilities.

High speed wireless broadband is provided, and a Sony radio/music player is available.

Underfloor heating provided throughout.

We are flexible on check in and out times, and where possible can arrange early or late arrivals and departures.

We can also consider pets staying by prior agreement.

Sorry for my English.The apartment was small but comfortable, very well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher.The bathroom has a tub and a shower.It has two sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 people; the one we used was very comfortable.It's located in a quiet area with several metro stops within a few minutes' walk, and a supermarket practically around the corner.Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the girl who was cleaning the apartment, and we only communicated with the host through the website because it wasn't necessary to contact him; everything was fine with us.L’appartamento era piccolino ma confortevole, molto ben tenuto e completo di tutto il necessario compresa la lavastoviglie.Il bagno con vasca e anche il box doccia.É dotato di due divani letto per ospitare fino a 4 persone, quello che abbiamo usato noi era molto comodo.É situato in una zono tranquilla con varie fermate della metro a pochi minuti a piedi, e un supermercato praticamente dietro l’angolo.Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto la ragazza che stava pulendo l’appartamento e con l’host abbiamo comunicato solo tramite il sito perché non è stato necessario contattarlo per noi andava tutto bene.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre studio à Notting HillIl a tout le confort nécessaire avec un micro ondes, un four et une plaque à inductionLa salle de bains a une douche et une baignoire Il y a une machine à laver et un lave vaisselle que nous.n avons pas utilisé Le logement est en sous sol avec un petit escalier d accès un peu périlleux déconseillé aux personnes à mobilité difficileLe logement est bien situé avec supermarché à proximité et restaurants Les arrêts de bus sont très proches et le métro Bayswater est à 10 mn à piedLe lit est large quoique un peu mouNous avons entendu nos voisins du dessus marcher mais cela ne fut pas trop gênant Nous recommandons ce studio si vous venez sur Londres

Great location. Paddington station, Hyde Park and Portobello Road are all within easy walking distance. There are also lots of bus options nearby for getting around. The flat is perfect for 2-3 people, with all the amenities you will need. Note, there is a washing machine but no dryer, but you can hang your clothes to dry. Also, if you want to cook, you need to supply your own condiments (salt, sugar etc). The host was there to welcome us when we arrived and was very friendly and responsive when we had a small issue with the keys. Would highly recommend this flat for a longer-term stay in London.

Enjoyed the location. Host was easy to get ahold of. Great set up. If you are entering the studio after dark for the first time, can be extremely tricky to find the lockbox which is on the main floor railing before going down the stairs. :)

All you need for a stay in London in a convenient apartment close to all the fun. Great situated, modern appliances and many nice places to eat nearby. Perfect for us that spent most of the time out and about and needed somewhere nice to crash that was close to everything. Great communication with the host also. Would recommend!

Generally the room seemed clean, but the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and had not been run and the sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood and coffee?? The room is downstairs and there was a portaloo blocking all but a sliver of the stairs down the entire time we were there. The portaloo appeared to be for the construction workers working on the flat above which was quite noisy. Qute a bit of street noise as well. The location was great and the host was responsive but feel these other things made our stay less enjoyable.

It is a good location, but the cleaner was too late, we had to wait an extra hour.We are generally satisfied, but the apartment just was not clean, especially the kitchen needs a bit of work. Slept well though and the nearby shops and restaurants are nice, buses abound, relaxed atmosphere.

Prooerty was neat and clean. The items that were not on the amenities were a hair dryer ( we purchased one) clothes dryer was a rack to hang clothes not one with the washer. Towels were not drying over the day for next use. Ventilation in the bathroom had mold developing on the ceiling. Property could use a mirror near an outlet to plug in hair dryer. Also property had only 2 bath towels and a hand towel in the bathroom. Could use another set plus wash cloths.

The flat looks exactly like the picture. It was clean and we felt safe/secure. Just be aware that the picture is essentially the whole flat in terms of space. There is a full kitchen area and a decent sized bathroom. Getting into the flat may be a challenge with oversize luggage due to a tight turning staircase. The host was friendly and informative. The area the flat is in is wonderful. There are a ton of food options within a two minute walk, including a grocery if needed/desired. Definitely go to Alley Cat Pizza. The best food I had on my two week multi-country trip. The walk to Notting Hill Gate Station is pleasant, if a bit far with luggage. We were able to walk to Kensington Palace and the Royal Albert Hall in about 20-30 minutes. We had no trouble navigating the Underground to get to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, and Buckingham Palace. While not really central to these places this flat did allow us to have a quiet night after we had been out and about.

Nous avons passé un long week end très sympa chez David ! la communication était parfaite, le logement correspondait à nos attentes. Malgré la forte chaleur à Londres, le studio est très frais, fonctionnel et bien placé. Des bus et 3 stations de métro se trouvent à moins de 10/12 minutes à pieds, je recommande !

Terrific location, accessible by bus and tube. Walking distance to Hyde Park and Portobello Market. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood along with small grocers. Comfortable for family of 4 with 2 kids under 12. Well equipped, able to prepare breakfast in the mornings. Host was responsive, flexible and accommodating. Thanks again. We had a great stay!!
