Set in a quiet corner of Notting Hill, this stylish home is great for couples, friends, and professionals alike. Holland Park & Notting Hill Gate stations are easily reached on foot, putting some of London`s most iconic landmarks like Buckingham Palace and Big Ben right at your fingertips. Whether you`re seeing the sights or enjoying a more chilled-out city stay, this home delivers.

This minimalistic yet stylish property features neutral tones and curated furnishings for a sleek and contemporary look.
You will enter the property at street level via your own main door and go up the first flight of stairs to the 1st floor.
Located on this first floor is bedroom one adorned with a super king size bed and a wooden desk area. The minimal decor promotes simplicity, while touches of greenery add a refreshing touch.
The first floor also boasts a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bath as its centerpiece while in the room next door you have a walk in shower. This design allows for a relaxing soak or the convenience of a modern walk-in shower.

Up the designed staircase which may I add is certainly a focal point you will reach a spacious open-plan kitchen which has been designed for both functionality and an aesthetic Appel. This layout gives you the benefit of socialising with your family or friends while in the kitchen. Within the open-plan and living room area you have a 4 person dining table to enjoy your meals at home after a busy day touring London. Alternatively you may choose to chill on the sofa and zone out watching your favourite tv series.

Ascending the stunning staircase, you reach the third floor bedroom designed in a mezzanine style. It features a super king-size bed and offers a unique layout.
The highlight is the door leading to the rooftop style balcony, providing a delightful spot to observe the surroundings or socialise during the warmer months in London.

In both bedrooms along with the super king-sized high quality beds & mattresses you will have luxury natural Hungarian Goose Down Duvets and natural Duck Feather and Down Pillows.

Portobello Road and Market, Hyde Park, Queens Way, Holland Park - are all within easy reach just minutes walk. Westfield shopping centre and all the charm of this beautiful part of London full of beautiful houses, bars and restaurants.

Notting Hill is much loved by residents and visitors alike and it`s not hard to see why. Home to the famous Portobello Market and beautiful tree-lined streets of pastel coloured houses made famous by the eponymous film, nothing beats a stroll through the area on a crisp day. Good food, antiques shops and bars aplenty, you won`t easily get bored in this part of town. Portobello Road itself does get quite busy with tourists on the weekend but you don`t have to swerve far off it to escape the masses and find the local hangouts. Westbourne Grove is another favourite shopping thoroughfare (catering to slightly higher budgets) that`s worth checking out.

PLEASE BE AWARE - There is currently scaffolding on the building of the property, any works taking place would be Mon - Fri 8-5pm and may run Saturdays 9-2pm. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause in advance.

Please note, there is a popular coffee shop located just below/next door to the property. It can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, which may result in some noise. However, the coffee is exceptional and well-loved by locals. Additionally, directly opposite the property, you`ll find a fantastic restaurant offering delicious meals—perfect for dining out or grabbing a quick bite.

UPON BOOKING: If you do not have any reviews we will need you to provide more details about yourself (ie. work credentials such as a LinkedIn profile or similar) and the purpose of your stay.

EARLY CHECK-IN: A guaranteed early check-in can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LATE CHECK OUT: On the day of departure, we kindly ask all guests to vacate the property by 11AM. A guaranteed late check-out can be arranged subject to availability at an extra charge.

LONGER STAYS: For stays 14 nights and longer, complimentary cleaning may be provided. Details to be confirmed after booking

We provide our guests with a `home away from home` experience. Therefore, we would really appreciate all our guests to leave the place as close to as how they found it. Any excessive mess that requires our cleaners to go beyond the standard check out clean (changing linen, preparing the property for the next guest and restocking of general house supplies etc.) will be charged to the guests. Please also note that we will charge a penalty fee of £500 if any of our house rules are broken.
