You will love staying at this modern, clean and beautiful townhome that is conveniently located right in the heart of Garden City! Bear Lake Escapes was built in 2019, which means that you know you will be arriving in a beautiful home that has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!

We know that parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles you may bring.

Located in the heart of Garden City, this home puts you in the best place to make memories with family and friends while on your vacation. The Utah Marina is only a few miles away, the public pickeball courts are across the street, there are many points of beach access within a 15 minute drive, the new grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and you are within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants and shops. Enjoy all of these things during the day, and then walk only 2 blocks in to enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!

We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:
Master Bedroom (sleeps 5): King sized bed, futon, roll away twin mattress, twin sized floor mattress
Upstairs Bedroom 1 (sleeps 6): Queen sized bed & twin-over-full bunk bed set with a twin sized trundle bed
Upstairs Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3): Twin XL-over-queen bunk bed set
Living Room (sleeps 2-4): 2 couches that fold down into a bed

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. If you have a large group who wants to stay close together, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups!

Great Location.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is great, beautiful views off the front porch, nice mattresses, plenty of space to sleep and communication with rental company was awesome. The only negative is that it is not very clean. The couches and carpets had big stains, and the mop boards need serious attention.

Great place in need of a good cleaning.

We loved this townhouse in Garden City. It was a perfect place for a fun three day adventure with teens. We enjoyed boating, zip lines, a great musical, horseback riding and more. The sign on the back door said take your shoes off but after seeing how dirty the carpet was I put mine right back on. I had to wipe down the pantry

Everything was great! The only thing that earned 4 stars was that the interior was dusty, as if it had not received a deep cleaning for a while. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant property.

Nice location but the beds are aweful

We enjoyed being downtown next to everything, but the beds were rock hard in every room, the master bedroom had a tv but no remote, messages the company and they said they would check with the cleaning staff but never responded back… I have stayed in other town homes in this same area and I will never book with this specific home again.

Very nice house with room for our large famly reunion.

The house was large enough for our family reunion to spread out. It was well equipped. A lovely view of the lake and access to the Ideal Beach Resort was a real plus. We used it a lot. Access to the lake and town does require a drive. The owners were responsive to any issues that came up.

Great Family Rental

Overall the property was great. Matt with the Property Management was fantastic. Super nice, responsive and helpful. We loved all the sleeping options! For a big family, it was perfect to have extra beds (in fact, more than was needed). Was able to use the roll away bed in the master closet because it was really big an was like having another bedroom. Everything in the house was operational and easy to use. Loved being across from the pickle ball and near so many restaurants and the lake. There were games in the unit which was nice. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Checking in and getting into the property was very easy. The only comments for improvement would be: 1) more blankets. With the number of beds available, we were short on blankets. 2) air fresheners. We bought our own plug ins for the unit because it smelled a little musty and old especially for the age of the unit- possibly from renters going to the lake and coming back to the rental. 3) beach towels, chairs and a cooler- this is always a HUGE plus for any rentals our family stays in. Less to pack when we are trying to fit everything in. 4) different couches. Every person that sat on them made the same initial comment… ouch! It feels like just a wood frame and nothing else. The bed mattresses were awesome! So it was disappointing that the couch was uncomfortable. 5) the silver bunk bed is super noisy. My husband ended up sleeping on the floor because every time he rolled over it would wake up sleeping infant. Overall had a great time and would definitely recommend for a family. :)

Great Hostess and great location. Walking distance for food 20min away from North beach.

Stayed here for a small family reunion. The property was great for us. We needed a garage to store our kayaks and paddle board. The rooms were clean and nice. We did have to use every inch of space for sleeping but no biggie. The only information that I would provide others is the grill is shared with multiple units. No big deal for us we had a small portable one . The kitchen was great and the condo was great also. The host helped me out over the phone with a few basic questions being my first time using VRBO. Looking to use it this winter for skiing. Great place. I also recommend the 36" pizza at Firehouse Pizza fed 13 of us with leftovers

Beautiful townhouse with great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. New property with plenty of beds for our family of 12 (including an assembled pack and play for our baby), fully stocked kitchen and amazing location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The property manager was readily available to answer our questions and make sure our experience was enjoyable.

Great stay except

We really enjoyed our stay easy in and out but have to complain about the couches felt like we were sitting on thin padded cardboard boxes. And the bunk beds were so loud squeaky with any movement.

Nice Visit to Bear Lake!

The property was nice and we would consider staying again. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was...except there was only one dishwasing pod to run the dishwasher. The code for entry to the property never worked so we had to keep the garage door unlocked. Also, the table and a few kitchen chairs were loose and seemed they weren't assembled well. The short walk to restaurants was nice.

Wonderful Retreat!
