"Location is great. Hote Is basic as reflected in price as well as reviews. Restaurant at hotel was terribly understaffed - only one chef. Took an hour and 20 mins for food to arrive. Secondly, there was no daily cleaning or towel change and was not mentioned clearly."

"Stayed one night the inn was nice and the staff very friendly. The food was good in the restaurant and a good breakfast. The car park was full when we arrived and my car was damaged overnight with no note left. "

"We had a lovely stay. Our room was perfect for us….lovely comfy bed and a small courtyard where we had dinner delivered! We were lucky that the weather was very warm too. Our dogs were very happy and calm and safe there . I would happily recommend this room (2) for anyone travelling with dogs. Thank you Wynnstay and staff, you made our trip really comfortable."

"Great location. Stayed in room 1, bed was extremely comfortable, great powerful shower. Room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Staff were helpful and friendly. Well stocked bar. Would highly recommend."

"When we arrived, with luggage in tow, there was a sign to say push the “Ring” button at the back door to alert reception we were wanting to book in. No answer so I had to go in through the bar. The barman told the chap from reception that we had arrived. Upon checking in I asked if I could have 2 entry key cards, twice! Only received one. He seemed reluctant.
