"O hotel ótimo custo benefício. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção nota 10. "

"Quarto sempre limpo, localização excelente, além da bela vista para o canal que alguns quartos oferecem. Diariamente há doces, chás e café à disposição. Equipe prestativa e disponível 24h."

"Que lugar mágico! O Hotel é perfeito, calmo, acordava com o canto dos pássaros! Lugar lindo e bem típico chinês. "

"Our stay here was truly one of the sweetest highlights of our anniversary trip! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The ladies were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need and made us feel right at home. 🥹💕 Unfortunately, I wasn't feeling too well when we first arrived after a very long 21+ hours of traveling. "Muito bom "

"Becareful when you book this place because the description advertised on Expedia is falsely statement, you have no mountain or valley view only street view or facing other building view. Inside the room size is small not 301sqf as indicated. You paid for something that you don’t get, it’s scam despite the good review for cleanliness and helpful staff. I will not return or recommend this place!"

"Não tomei cafe da manha , tem bastante comércio em volta, Riad de calcadao, funcionarios não falam ingles"

"Clean and nice room .. nice and helpful staff"

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"各方面都還不錯，地點更是好，很便利出行，沒什麼好挑剔的。"

"Excelente localização, ótimo buffet tanto no café da manhã, quanto no lounge."

"A limpeza do quarto é boa e efetuada diariamente. Não gostei do barulho na recepção na última noite de estadia, pois havia pessoas conversando alto até altas horas e eu tinha que acordar cedo no outro dia."

"Hotel room was a little dusty. Bathroom glass panel was also shattered :( Did not feel like it was safe having my kids there"

"Central location suitable for downtown shopping and within walking distance to the West Lake, breakfast is more geared towards oriental taste. The bathroom in the standard room is a bit tight if you’re if larger size. The staff are keen and helpful. Great green tea leaves in room."

"Best feature of this property are the grounds outside the building itself. Take a tour around the backyard gardens. Rooms themselves are dated with small washrooms. You’re in the middle of a tourist zone so getting to and from the hotel requires your patience as long lines of caps string ahead of you in a slow crawl. Don’t get caught out ordering coffee from the breakfast restaurant in the morning. We were charged $10 for each coffee."
