Nice hotel, well located, nice staff. The price is worth and good for one sleep. Business purpose. They need to make better the overall cleaning

We didn't like anything about the property. I booked 3 rooms for my family. How dare you not tell us elevator wasn't working, but they took our money and didn't say anything. My 83 yr old parents had to walk to the third floor. No other king rooms available. Tried to change rooms but it was filthy, never cleaned. Squatters, a dog, a prostitute next door. Couldn't transfer us to another of their hotel. Carpet filthy, fridge inside and outside filthy, broken drawers, bedbugs. Chairs filthy had to put towels on before sitting. Recliner left arm broken. Bathroom light didn't work, someone changed light and they broke the cover. Wearing white tshirt, no sleeves at front desk. Nightstand missing front of drawer. Water leaking from under the fridge. Not customer friendly. No hangers, iron and board missing and musty smell. Went and bought 2 cans of lysol and sprayed everything. There is no 10 point inspection at this hotel. Walking around with beer, sitting on stairs, felt unsafe, and I took pictures. Worse hotel ever. The sad part about it was we stayed there 2 years ago and it was nice. Different people were there then. An additional $100.00 fee is unbelievable. There is nothing at this hotel at all. Will never stay at an extended stay hotel ever again.

Waste of money I couldn’t and did not stay in the room because of the odor. The refrigerator was rusted on the outside, I didn’t open it to see it’s interior. I didn’t go in the bathroom so I don’t know what it looked like. The smell alone turned me out of the room.

The worst

It was the dirtiest, most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. I pre paid so I had to stay. It was horrible.

I liked it because they had a security officer that walked around and I also liked it because they let me bring my dog and no extra charge and they were just nice

Good Location

I choose this location based on how close it was to a 2-day job I had in Little Rock. There was nothing fancy about the room but the bed and pillows were good, the bathroom area had been remodeled and the shower worked well. The A/C worked well and I did not hear any noise coming from the other rooms. The room seemed to be clean except for the floor. The floor could use a good cleaning.

Not impressed

Lobby staff was not friendly. Took 20 mins to check in and I was the only customer. Required a $100 deposit charged to my card when checking in. Anxious to see if it gets refunded. Lobby was nasty, room was clean, but we both felt unsafe. Sink had a red stain, which looked like blood.

Nasty environment

The first room I was given looked like it had recently been used and not clean at all. The other room had a very bad Oder. There was scary looking people all around the place.

Disappointed

When I arrived I walked into the lobby to check in after reserving the room online. There was a sign on the front desk that said they required a $100 deposit on top of the room rate. This $ 100 dollar would be refunded at checkout if it was cash and if you put it on your card it would take 5-7 days. I was traveling with limited funds - didn't have the $100 dollars to spare in cash and definitely not on my card that I wouldn't get back for a week. I eventually persuaded them to waive the deposit since there was nothing on the reservation page about it, but as dirty as the room was - there were no dishes or cookware in the room (which was supposed to be there). This was a truly disappointing stay
