"Bom dia, a minha estadia realmente nao foi das melhores, á chegada o recepcionista nada simpatico nem se esforçou para perceber o que eu dizia. Apenas me deu um tiket com um valor de 173£ o que fiquei sem saber a que se referia tal valor. Reservei 4 noites com cama de casal e com sofá, o sofá nem sequer consegui abrir, ou seja dormi desconfortavelmente num sofa minusculo. The on/off control was not working so as you turned it, it went from off to trickle to off and anywhere in between. The hot cold went from cold to maybe warm, to off to trickle. What the heck. "Looks exactly like the pictures. We booked one of the suites which was beautiful however the bed was quite hard. When our room was cleaned, it wasn’t hoovered and toiletries weren’t refilled, which I would expect from a place like this. But overall, it was a beautiful stay, the spa was nice "

"was unable to sleep in the bed as the room had a major issue with black mould in the bathroom which had become airborne & affected the the entire room the smell was over powering slept in a chair as the bed was cover with the black mould smell & was unable to breath, suffer with chest infections which the spores got on my chest I had to call 111 & was directed to Ipswich hospital for antibiotics, never even stopped for breakfast on day 2 felt to ill on antibiotics for next 5 days, this all...

"Arrived 30 mins before check in and was taken straight to our room. The lady that showed us to our room was lovely, and was very kind when my toddler chatted away to her. Room was clean and looked lovely. I liked that you could park right outside your room which was easy to unload the car.
