Viagem com família e crianças pequenas

The hotel is in a lovely location, surrounded by nature, shops, and restaurants, which makes it very convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the receptionist even offered to help carry our luggage, which we really appreciated.
That said, the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. There is no lift, which makes it difficult when carrying luggage to higher floors. Our room, located on the second floor, was very warm despite the heating being off. We had to keep the windows open, and unfortunately, that meant a few spiders found their way inside. The bathroom was quite small and heated up quickly. I also found the tap a little stiff to use, and it broke while I was trying to open it.
We had a family room with a sofa bed, but unfortunately, it wasn’t comfortable, the mattress was uneven, creaked loudly, and caused us two sleepless nights. When we asked about alternatives, we were told the only option was a zip bed, which didn’t sound like a significant improvement.
Breakfast was good and had all the basics, but it would have been helpful if staff mentioned that different styles of eggs could be requested, we only found out afterwards, and the scrambled eggs didn’t appeal to us.
Overall, this hotel is fine for a short stay, especially if you value the location and friendly service. For longer family stays, however, comfort may be an issue, particularly with the sofa bed.
