Tranquility: Secluded White Mountains New Build Custom Log Home on 5 acres

Secluded, cabin that sleeps six people. New log home on 5 acres just west of Sugar Hill. Tons of amenities. Ski Cannon and Bretton Woods. Bring the fat tire bikes, ATVs or snowmobiles and use the Ammonoosuc Rail Trail; 19.2 miles along the river from Littleton to Woodsville. Enjoy hiking the uncrowded local trails and enjoy the Big Sky views or hike in Franconia State Park. Plenty of unique shops and restaurants in Littleton or cross over the border into Vermont and explore the quaint towns of Newbury and Bradford. Are you able to work remotely? This home is perfect! It offers internet, a landline phone as well as a printer. The property has gorgeous sunsets and perfect for stargazing off the deck.
Main living area features a King Master Bedroom with en-suite bathroom, Queen bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with open concept living. Large island seats 4 and dining table also seats 4. Smart TVs in each room. Washer and Dryer on first floor. Large porch as well as large back deck with Weber gas grill, outdoor dining for 6.
The spacious lower-level features another full bathroom with walk-in shower and plenty of closet space. The space accommodates two twin beds. Foosball table, board games, 65-inch Smart TV, lounging space and walk out slider.
Weather permitting enjoy the outdoor fire pit.
All set up to relax and enjoy indoor or outdoor!

It truly was a wonderful stay - tranquility indeed! This was a special trip to celebrate my daughter's educational achievement. She had a wonderful time. It was a beautifully appointed and spacious log cabin with an incredible view. It was close to all wonderful NH must-see attractions and very close to beautiful, little towns and villages that had everything we needed. Greg and Teresa were wonderful hosts. For any future trips to NH, this will be the first place to check for availability.

Our stay at the cabin was a dream! It was impeccably clean and had all amenities we needed. The serene surroundings made for a perfect retreat. We enjoyed the tranquil setting and the chance to disconnect. Highly recommend!

The property was great and exactly what we needed. Extremely clean and updated and plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out. The setting and views were amazing. Although we didn't get to use all of what the property had to offer (firepit, games, etc), what we did use was perfect for a short week get away.

The house is just down the street from ours and we use it for family vacation to house the "overflow"...we have a big family. The place is beautiful and immaculate. The setting is awesome. We are lucky to live here all the time so we appreciate the setting. It would be a great location for anyone wanting to get away to the woods.

Paradise in the whites!

We’ve been renting in the White Mountain area for the last 15 years and Greg and Theresa’s cabin is by far the nicest we’ve ever stayed in from the cleanliness of the Cabin to the amenities offered to the check-in and checkout process. Everything was first class thank you guys for a wonderful stay in the whites. We will be staying there again next year, and thankfully, only two more years till we retire in the white mountains.

Peaceful

The cabin and area was amazing. Weather was sketchy while we were there, but found things to do in-between rain drops. Went to town of Littleton and visited the different shops. Went hiking on the clear day we had. Definitely on our list to return at a later date.

Amazing property and wonderful home! Pictures do not do the home justice, Ones inside, how could you not like this immaculate welcoming cabin! Greg was extremely helpful with any questions we had regarding the property and about the area. If we are back up in this area again wouldn't hesitate to rent here!

Consistently Superior

This is the second time I’ve visited this cabin, with some time apart from when I first did so. Nothing has changed regarding the quality of this place. It can’t possibly get any better, because you can’t improve upon perfection of this location and property! If you want to experience a cabin done right, come here.

Another Wonderful Stay at Our Favorite House

My wife and I stayed in this house in July and loved it so much that we came back with friends in October. The house is in excellent condition and the furniture and appliances are good quality and in great shape. The location is private and beautiful. The house is located close to hiking, shopping, and pretty much everything else that the area has to offer. We have already booked our next stay here.

Naming this property Tranquility was the perfect description! Everything about our stay was tranquil - the view, the surroundings, the comfort. Perfect for an anniversary getaway. Greg and Teresa have thought of everything! They are very easy going and communication was seamless. If we could give a higher score than a 10, we would!

Excellent!!!

We’ve stayed her three times because we love this cabin! It’s always pristine, in a great location, extremely quiet neighborhood, great mountain views and Pearl Lake is right down the street, which is a great little spot. Love the serenity and tranquility of this cabin, but it’s also close enough to Woodsville, Littleton and Franconia where you can pretty much get everything. Owners are hospitable and the cabin comes complete with essential items such as pots, pans, dishes, soap, spices, utensils, etc. Also loved the fire pit with the little lights around it. This is a great place and we will definitely be back!!

Perfect Mountain Hideaway

This house is wonderful. The owners are easy to communicate with and friendly. The house is in excellent condition, well equipped, and in a fantastic location for hiking, swimming, or whatever your White Mountains pleasure may be. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has quality appliances and is well organized, linens and towels are good quality. There is just nothing wrong with this place. Would rent it again for sure.

Home Away From Home

I can't say enough about our stay at Tranquility. The communication was amazing, and they even helped us when we had some car trouble while visiting. The property has been fully remodeled and is not only beautiful, but incredibly clean and well appointed. The views are beautiful and the location is the perfect combination of remote, but close enough to what you need/want. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would highly recommend staying at Tranquility!

A Secret Jewel in Landaff

As a former New England native, I have stayed in many cabins over the years of visiting New Hampshire, but never in my experience of doing so have I stayed in a cabin so complete in every aspect: 1. Remote location in a sleepy, wooded New Hampshire town. 2. Forested area with a spectacular mountain view. 3. Quality construction. 4. Thoughtfully designed with spacious rooms. 5. Provisioned perfectly. 6. Large fire pit under open sky. 7. Grill on a large back porch overlooking the mountains. 8. Finished basement, done right. The details and thoughtful considerations in this cabin exceeded a professional grade of management, in my view. I will be renting this cabin again, if it's still on offer the next time I'm in New Hampshire, without a doubt.

Beautiful place to stay. Well built and many amenities included that are not in other rentals. Great central location with beautiful views. Short trip to the white mountains as well as Vermont. Thanks for the great stay. I hope we left it better than when we arrived.

Secluded getaway!

Incredibly clean, super comfortable, very well stocked. Felt like home, the "little things" like having oodles of extra coffee, an extra ziplock when I forgot mine, and extra toothbrushes for when my electric one died and I didn't bring a charger were huge! The place has everything you could possibly need kitchen wise. Comfy beds, 2 gorgeous decks, nice view, very relaxing!!

I’ve stayed at multiple rental properties around the world, AZ. Greece, Switzerland etc…. This is the best experience I have ever had. Beautiful cabin with all the amenities, they don’t skimp on anything! I’ll definitely attempt to book next time I need to stay in the area!

Great family weekend

I spent the weekend here with my husband and parents. My parents had never done a short term rental before and were amazed at how well stocked the kitchen and house was. The house was clean and modern, in a beautiful location, and stocked with everything you’d need. Overall this was a great stay.
