We enjoyed our stay but the property needs some attention. We reached out to the property manager about some but nothing was resolved while we were there. 1.the vent? In the bathroom stayed on constantly emitting a high pitched noise disturbing the sleep of some of our party.2. The shower hose leaked preventing strong pressure.Maintenance is needed for an electrical outlet hanging out of the wall in closet room. The entry hall has no working lights making it difficult to see at night.

Great apartment in a good neighborhood very close to an amazing overlook of the city. The property management was excellent and Marta who met us was fantastic. I highly recommend this property.

We just came back from a week at this property. The apartment had everything we needed and checkin was a breeze. The location is just down the street from a very popular lookout which is great but also makes the areas very busy at all times. There is a few excellent places to eat a 2 min walk away. Our favorite was La Matte. Delicious! The patio out back is cute. Shaded table to sit out at. There is also a washer and typical to Lisbon, no dryer so they provide a dry rack. If you stay in this property bring slippers because it is really cold tiled foors. Overall a really good rental and a great experience with the rental company. The

Wonderful apartment

Perfect 1st floor location, with a terrace off the kitchen. A couple minutes walk to a beautiful view of Lisbon and to watch the sun set. Quiet neighborhood and less than 10 mins walk from restaurants and bakeries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

4 days in Lisbon.

The apartment is located near everything, such as great places to eat, supermarket, tram line and even a observation point that overlooks the city. Marta was great at communicating with us and making sure we had what we needed to be comfortable . The unit was clean and comfortable and quiet too. It had all the amenities that we needed. The bonus part for us was the private patio on the back of the house which we used. This unit is located in a neighborhood and not in the center of town, which we knew. You will need a car (Uber) or a tram šŸš‹ to get in and out of it. You can also walk but the area is hilly. šŸ˜Š

A very beautiful city apartment

We had a really great time in this apartment, which is perfectly located near the top of one of Lisbon's hills very close to one of the major vista points. What's really special is the beautiful small walled garden, where you can sit almost totally secluded from the city while being right in the middle of it. We can 100% recommend this apartment.

Cute self contained little 2 bedroom apartment close to all amenities. A quick walk up the hill and you saw a beautiful panoramic view of the city. Groceries, restaurants and public transport were all near by. Uber was easy for pick up and drop off after a day of touring the city and surrounding sights. Maria was a wonderful and accommodating hostess when it came to meeting us at the apartment.

Great Location - Cute Apartment

This apartment was everything we needed as a family of 3. I would say it was the perfect size any smaller it would have been too small. Laundry was a benefit, kitchen fairly equipped. It did have a vile dank smell when we arrived but seemed to dissipate once we got established. It is near the highest point in Lisbon so lots of tuk tuk traffic and tourists during the day, however quiet at night. Local area had restaurants and shops, near Tram 28 and bus - although Uber was our friend in most cases. Overall, a nice stay in Lisbon and look forward to returning.

A hot affair

We stayed in Lisbonne the last week of June, and the city streets were boiling hot! We were adviced to keep the shutters in front of the windows closed, and it worked. At night we used the electric fans, one in each bedroom. The apartment is as described, but one thing needs to be looked after; the stove in the kitchen is not functioning properly, it turns off all the time when trying to cook. We would also prefer separate duvets in the double bed, as we are not a couple, and to sleep better. The small terrace / patio was our preferred room during our stay; pleasantly temperate both mornings and evenings. The location and neighborhood of the apartment is excellent, with the fantastic view of Lisbonne only ca 100 meters from the flat. In one weekā€™s stay it is impossible to see all the fantastic things Lisbonne has to offer, but we saw a lot! Even if the weather was very hot, we walked many hours per day. We found that the most comfortable and cheapest way of getting around when not walking, was to use the Bolt service - clever drivers in air conditioned cars, never failed us! We will come back to Lisbonne ā¤ļø
