The apartment has an open floor plan that is as stylish as it is functional.

The spacious living room features a TV and a comfy sofa, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day exploring the city. The area features a large window that lets in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens up the space and leads onto a cosy terrace furnished with a table and chairs for maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee machine. It also includes a washing machine and ironing equipment.

There are two beautiful bedrooms. One is equipped with 2 single beds, and the other with a double bed. Both are lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest, and there's plenty of storage for your belongings.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Please note that the property is located on a flight path, which may result in occasional aircraft noise.

The Campolide neighbourhood borders not only the Lisbon city centre but is also in considerably close proximity to neighbourhoods like popular Campo de Ourique. The areas offer a wide variety of entertainment, shopping, great local and international schools, as well as a number of very well-established hospitals and clinics.
Campolide is home to one of the biggest high-end department stores in Europe, El Corte Inglés, where you can buy anything from tech gadgets to a new suit. Another popular shopping mall located in Campolide is the Amoreiras Shopping Centre, which used to be the largest in the city.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
